Absolutely perfect! Stelios & Natasa were fantastic hosts, the apartment was beautiful & the added extras (local raki, wine & fruit) made it even more welcoming. The view from our terrace was breathtaking, a little piece of our own paradise. We didn’t want to leave but will definitely be back next year! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb and absolutely loved our time in Crete! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, refrigerator, and air conditioning.We also appreciated that the apartment was cleaned after four days, which was a wonderful extra touch.Stelios was an excellent host and gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable.We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Crete. Cudowne miejsce! 😀 - Cudowni Gospodarze, którzy przywitali nas kreteńskim zwyczajem 🙂 czekała na nas raki, owoce, schłodzona woda. Komfortowy apartament, w którym niczego nie brakowało, sprzątanie i zmiana ręczników co 4 dni. Cicha i spokojna uliczka, widok na morze, co chcieć więcej 😉 Bardzo dziękujemy za cudne wakacje i pozdrawiamy Gospodarzy 😉

Było cudownie!!! Mieszkanie czyste, świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Natasa udzieliła nam wszystkich informacji i była z nami cały czas w kontakcie ♥️♥️ było wspaniale

The house was very cozy and had beautiful views to the mountains and the sea. The space was very clean and well equipped. We were two people working remotely and the internet WiFi was nice and smooth. Stelios is very kind and helpful. He made sure our stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend this house if you want to spend some peaceful time close to the beach and Chania, but not too crowded. Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ!

L'appartement était tout simplement magnifique et super pratique ! La vue était incroyable, on ne s'en lasse pas. En plus, l'hôte a été hyper réactif et accueillant du début à la fin. Je recommande fortement les yeux fermés !

Utrolig positiv opplevelse. Vi var en familie på tre. Fin leilighet med alle bekvemmeligheter. Fin balkong. Kort vei til byen og badestrand. Vennlig nabolag og badestrand der man ved å handle ikke behøvde å betale for parasoll og stoler. Vi tilbrakte tiden på et familie drevet sted med svært hyggelig betjening. Relativt billig. Resturanter med fisk og greske retter på menyen. Pizzarestaurant om man vil ha det. Bakeri og slakter i landsbyen. Vil man ha en stille ferie hvor man kan slappe av anbefales dette på det varmeste. Dersom behøvde hjelp var det lett å spørre vertene om råd. Ville man kjøre til Chania tok det 30 minutter og det enkleste er å benytte Parkeringshus. Stelios var en fantastisk vert! Om mulig vil vi komme tilbake….og det var trist å reise.

We really enjoyed our stay here and had a great time as a family. Natasha was a wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming. She showed us around, explained everything clearly, and gave us lots of helpful tips about Kalyves and recommendations for places to visit nearby.We spent a lovely few days here and would happily come back again!

Die Wohnung war supergemütlich! Wir haben alles gehaben, was wir brauchten, oder hätten brauchen können. Natasa und Stelios sind super nett und immer erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Meer und man kann zwei Strände sowie einen Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichen.Alles war sehr sauber und es wurde alle paar Tage geputzt, sowie Handtücher ausgetauscht.Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Danke für den tollen Urlaub bei euch!

Замечательный, тихий город в котором находятся апартаменты. Нет шума и суеты больших городов. С террасы открывается прекрасный вид на море. Есть мангал, на котором можно приготовить свеже выловленные морепродукты. Все очень понравилось и с удовольствием приеду еще раз.

A lovely quiet, comfortable and spotless apartment which was close to plenty of restaurants within walking distance and in an area where there is much to see if you have a car. Natasa & Stelios were most friendly and welcoming and happy to provide recommendations for nearby restaurants. We would be more than happy to stay here again when we return to Crete.

The communication with Natasa was super simple. She was very responsive, welcoming, and also gave us recommendations about the places to go.The flat is located in a very quiet area and with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and beach. We enjoyed our stay there!

It is a beautiful and peaceful place in a lovely small village. Everything was simply perfect. Our hosts made our holiday even more special – they were always kind, welcoming, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Det er en fin leilighet med alt man trenger til en fredelig ferie med familien. Leiligheten er stor nok med fullt utstyrt kjøkken og to bad, noe som er veldig praktisk for en familie eller flere som reiser sammen. I leiligheten har man alt man trenger, og vi opplevde stedet som hjemme. Den ligger i nærheten av alt: supermarked, kafeer, bakeri og restauranter. Det er fra 5 til 15 minutters gangavstand til alt man trenger. Kalyves strand er i nærheten, og hvis man vil ha en avslappende og rolig ferie, er dette stedet absolutt perfekt. Leiligheten er renovert og stilig. Best av alt er balkongen med havutsikt og morgensol.Vi møtte Natasa som tok imot oss; hun er imøtekommende og hyggelig. Som en velkomstgave var det en vinflaske og en liten lokal rakifleske i leiligheten. Vi kommer til å booke leiligheten igjen ved en senere anledning.

A true gem of an Airbnb! Stelios and Natasa were great hosts and incredibly welcoming, helping us with any questions we had. The Airbnb is so close to the beach and walkable to restaurants in Kalyves. A really nice base to explore the rest of Crete too if you have a car. The fresh fruit provided by the hosts was a really nice touch!

Thank you Natasa and Stelios for a fantastic stay! We hope to return! 😀 - The property was great - spacious, clean, the balconies were perfect for having breakfast/dinner on. We stayed with our 20month old toddler and it was a perfect apartment for this - we were kindly provided with a cot too. The location is great too a few minutes into the town and a 10/15min walk to the main beaches, Kalyves beach is brilliant for toddlers nice shallow waters etc. The property is on a short but steep hill and up some stairs (to be aware of, we managed ok with the pram though!)

Delightful place 😀 - We absolutely loved our stay in Avra Apartments! The room we had was spacious, had everything we needed and more, starting from standard appliances like a toaster, hair dryer, but also beach towels, olive oil, etc. The location is amazing, you can relax on the balcony sipping the wine while watching the sea which is only like a 5 minute walk away. On top of that, Natasa and Stelios are simply great people, they recommended a ton of stuff to do in the area which we loved! 10/10

We spent 2 weeks in these beautiful apartments. Everything was very comfortable and cozy, with many thoughtful little details. Kalyves is a very cozy place with only a small number of tourists. There is a lovely beach and many locals around. We are very happy with our stay!

Honestly one of the best AirB&Bs I've stayed in. Hotel levels of comfort and cleanliness combined with a perfectly equipped kitchen. Natasa was extremely helpful and gave us lots of tips that made our stay easier. Kalyves is peaceful and perfectly situated for visiting the west of the island. I'd definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay at Stelios and Natasa's place! it was better than what we had imagined and definitely the best Airbnb we ever stayed at given the price! sea view, bbq with everything you need, amazing bed, extremely (like extremely) clean place and kitchen. The Airbnb is in a cute village with friendly shopkeepers, butcher shops, fish monger, and lots of small grocery stores with fresh local produce! We met Natasa who was so lovely, kind, and helpful during our stay and offered a lovely welcome gift! Definitely do not think twice before booking! we would love to be back someday 🙏🏻❤️

An excellent option in Kalyves. Natasa was helpful and accommodating during our 5 night visit. Apartment was very clean and had virtually any required accessories. Parking was on site…however if all rooms were full there is ample parking 50 m down the hill. Book without hesitation.

😀 - This place was fabulous. It was clean and tidy and it felt like home from home as there were nicknacks and Christmas decorations put up. There were also some 'welcome treats'. We ended up extending our stay!

The location and the view from the house are outstanding.

These guys really know how to run an AirBnb. The place was very cosy and we felt right at home. It had everything and everything was done right. Clean, very tastefully decorated, good internet, two effective A/C units, modern appliances, on-site parking.Even the little village of Kalyves itself was quite lively for the winter season so we didn't feel isolated. Quick access to Chania. One of the best AirBnbs we stayed at and would happily come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Natasa and Stelios’ air bnb! They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay not only at the apartment, but also visiting Crete for the first time. We had a perfect stay in « Levantes » ! The beach, grocery stores and restaurants are few minutes by walking. Stelios and his family are welcoming. Tips for travelers: Rent a small car, it will be easier to park it.

Ruhiger Standort für das man in der Kleinstadt wohnt.

Die Unterkunft liegt nicht weit weg von Chania. Der Ort der Unterkunft selbst, Kalives, ist ein gemütlicher Ort mit allem was man braucht. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, dafür dass sie ziemlich nah am Zentrum von Kalives liegt. Die Einrichtung der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, das Bad ist modern und sauber. Auch der Rest der Einrichtung ist top. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön gestaltet und bietet einen Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung, sowie die Terrasse verläuft über zwei Ebenen und wirkt dadurch gemütlich. Gerne wieder 🤗

😀 - Good location, you can see the sea from the balcony, it's about 400m to the sandy beach. There are shops AMD restaurants in the neighbourhood. The apartament was comfy and incredibly clean! We got whole equipment for our child - high chair, cot, changing table, bathtube, even some toys. It's possible to park just next to the door. In the kitchen you'll find everything what you need. The host was super nice and helpful ❤️ 😞 - Everything was great.

Dear Stelios and Natasa, thank you for our fabulous stay! What a well designed, spacious, modern, well equipped apartment . The bed was super comfortable, it had a brilliant shower and everything you would need should you choose to cook. Located a short walk from the village and even shorter walk to two of our favourite places, Cactus for breakfast and Delight for morning excellent coffee or cocktails later in the day. The apartment had games and walking guides books. Thank you for the fruit, it was a lovely welcome and the offer of beach towels was very much appreciated. We were coming from another airbnb apartment and whilst not enquiring about an earlier check in we wondered if it would be possible to store our cold items until check in. I got the impression that if there was any way they could help with they would and they did. Thank you both, we really appreciated it. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. A little gem 💎 of a place.

Super easy apartment, with a lovely sea view. Cleaning every 4 days which was a nice surprise. Natasa made herself available and was easy to reach. She was gave us several recommendations for eating which were fabulous. We had a very relaxing stay. Thank you.

It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment. Natasa waited us at check in, there is a free parking spot at the apartment, had some fruits and other nice surprises in the apartment, we really appreciated it! 🙂 We enjoyed the area, 1 minute away from the sea and a couple more to the beach, nice bakery and restaurants/cafés also just a few minutes away; Kalyves is a nice and not so big city. Apartment is peaceful, we could have long sleeps 🙂 All in all, I gladly recommend it to anyone!

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans un des appartements Avra. Notre séjour à répondu entièrement à nos attentes et mes plus que ce que nous avions imaginé ! Stelios est quelqu'un de très gentil et attentionné. L'appartement est décoré avec soin et est très propre. La vue est magnifique et la localisation est parfaite pour visiter l'île. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Bravo à vous pour votre travail.

The place was so beautiful and clean. The sea view was amazing. The entire house smelled so nice and had a very good style which I loved. It is spacious and cozy. The area was perfect for me. Peaceful but not boring. The way up to the house was a little steep but for me it was added to the character of it. Natasha is incredibly nice and communicative. The balconies were so cute and comfortable. It really was perfect.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at Stelios’ & Natasa’s place! The apartment is beautiful and spotlessly clean, just as in the photos, kitchen was well stocked and Natasa awaited us with some fruits and local alcohol location is close to Chania and LOTS of amazing beaches and things to see. Communication with Natasa was great, lots of great local recommendations. We hope to be back soon!

Stelio is a great host and was very friendly. Provided with lots of recommendations and tips. Apartment was great, with a good view. Located in a peaceful town. We loved our stay and definitely recommend to others.

Tout d'abord un grand merci à Natasa et Stelios pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil. Ce sont des hôtes vraiment serviables et aux petits soins. A notre arrivée dans le logement ils nous ont offert des fruits frais,du vin et un alcool local. C'est une très belle attention.
Le logement est parfait. Il n'y a rien à dire. Il est décoré avec soin, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Les deux petits balcons sont vraiment appréciables et la vue mer est top.
On peut faire facilement les courses à pied, plusieurs restaurants et petits commerces sont aussi à proximité et les plages sont également facilement accessibles.
L'aéroport se trouve à 35 min en voiture.
Nous recommandons ce logement à 300%.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders der tolle Ausblick vom Balkon.
Die Lage war für uns ideal: ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an den schönen Stränden und leckeren Tavernen.
Die Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich, Danke an Anna, Natasa&Stelios wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit!
Der Check-in hat wunderbar geklappt obwohl wir durch den Flug verspätet ankamen.
Wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen und dies hat sich jeden Tag wiederholt.
Die beiden waren immer herzlich, hilfsbereit, freundlich und umsichtig.
Wir haben die besten Tipps für Ausflüge, Strände und Restaurants bekommen und konnten uns immer an die beiden wenden.
Wenn wir etwas brauchten, hat es nur wenige Minuten gedauert, bis sich darum gekümmert wurde.
Auch als wir krank wurden, wurden wir unterstützt und man hat sich mehrfach nach uns und unserem Zustand erkundigt.
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Putzfrau hat immer sehr gründlich geputzt.
Es hat uns an überhaupt nichts gefehlt.
Das Appartement ist in einem top Zustand und 1:1 wie auf den Fotos. Liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht!
Das Meer ist nur einen Blick entfernt und das Dorf fußläufig zu erreichen.

All I can say is just perfect. Perfect room, perfect view, perfect hospitality. Everything you need is well thought and the room is fully equipped, including washing machine, hair dryer, shampoos, towels(for beach too), coffee machine, toaster, kettle, good fridge, olive oil, pan, etc. But as a person who cares about hygiene a lot what really made me love this place is that they didn’t put those decorative blankets and pillows in top of the bed like any other hotels/Airbnbs. No marks in the sheets nor in the towels. Everywhere in the room felt so clean. I stayed in Levantes room for 7 nights and had such a blast in the morning with the view while drinking my coffee. Balcony set up was also super cozy. Bed was very comfortable. There are really countless of things that I consider perfect. In some hotels or airbnbs there are no space for your makeup products, no proper place to hang your towels, put your clothes. But I got a lot of space for my stuff, I had three mirrors in the room which was very convenient also. Cute cretan cats were visiting our balcony once in a while which was also a big plus for me to have them around. I felt like we were in the nature with sea view but in a luxury condition. We were able to park our car just right in front of our front door as well which made also very easy for us to pack beach bags easily without carrying heavy things to the car. Car was just one step close to us. The owner couple was so sweet. When we encountered them, they kept asking if we need anything, if everything was good, it was obvious that they wanted to make sure we feel like home which we did. About the location, Kalyves was not beautiful as chania or rethymno but quiet and nice. Just a seaside village so dont expect too much from the village. There were two beaches nearby around 10 mins each but we always went to turquoise water beaches located in the west and south of crete but this was our preference. And since kalyves is located in between rethymno and chania we were able to visit both towns for dinner easily. Overall, it was such an amazing stay. This place increased the expectation so high that I am not sure if I’ll ever like other airbnbs as much as I liked this apartment. This level of cleanliness, good equipment and relax stay cannot even be found in five star all inclusive hotels sometimes. Amazing.

An incredibly pleasant surprise, we stayed in Levandes apartment and we still cant get over our experience. Firstly the hosts Natasa and Stelios were very welcoming and attentive hosts and most importantly great people! The apartment was exceptionally clean, the design was amazing and the equipment and amenities it had were more than we could imagine, literally anything someone might need was there! The apartments are located in an amazing quiet area and they have amazing sea views. There is a private parking literally one foot step away from the rooms door which is very convenient. Overall a 10/10 experience, definitely recommended to everyone!

Loved my stay! The perfect first stop when visiting Crete. Stelios welcomed me when I arrived and showed me the space. Great location, 30 mins from the airport. As a solo female traveller I felt safe here. The apartments are tucked in at the end of a lane very close to the town so it was easy to pop in and out while walking / exploring the local town.

Wir waren zwei Wochen hier.Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit!Der Check-in hat wunderbar geklappt obwohl wir durch den Flug verspätet ankamen.Wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen und dies hat sich jeden Tag wiederholt.Die beiden waren immer herzlich, hilfsbereit, freundlich und umsichtig.Wir haben die besten Tipps für Ausflüge, Strände und Restaurants bekommen und konnten uns immer an die beiden wenden.Wenn wir etwas brauchten, hat es nur wenige Minuten gedauert, bis sich darum gekümmert wurde.Auch als wir krank wurden, wurden wir unterstützt und man hat sich mehrfach nach uns und unserem Zustand erkundigt.Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Putzfrau hat immer sehr gründlich geputzt. Es hat uns an überhaupt nichts gefehlt.Das Appartement ist in einem top Zustand und 1:1 wie auf den Fotos. Liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht!Das Meer ist nur einen Blick entfernt und das Dorf fußläufig zu erreichen.Wir sind sehr zufrieden und danken für die tolle Zeit

We had an amazing stay!. After travelling for a while and being on the go a lot it was the perfect spot to just relax. Definitely recommend renting a car as there’s not much in the area itself but that wasn’t an issue for us. Lovely kitchen that was fully equipped with everything you need to make a nice homemade dinner. The view from the outside sitting area was really nice. Hosts were so so helpful and responsive. I would definitely book again and would recommend staying here!

We‘ve just spent 6 days at one of the wonderful Avra Apartments. Everything was perfect, such a nice apartment, peaceful up a little hill with everything provided you could think of. Moreover, Natasa and Stelio were super nice and would surely have helped with anything, only there was absolutely nothing missing or not working, so we didn’t need any support. Lovely vacation, would return in a heartbeat!

We have a great stay at Kalyves! Natasa was extremely friendly and met us at the airbnb, she gave us amazing recommendations and great directions to the airbnb. We had a beautiful view from the outside terrace of the water. The place was extremely clean and had all the amenities you need. It’s walking distance to the town of Kalyves and only a 20 mins drive to Chania. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this to anyone coming to stay here!

Everything was perfect! The accommodation is just as beautiful and cozy as in the pictures. We got very good tips from the host, e.g. about local restaurants, running routes. They are super hospitable! I hope we can come back someday!

One of the best Airbnb apartments I have stayed in. Large, comfortable, and a great sea view from the balcony. Very spacious, and you can see the ocean from most of the apartment. Stylish, but also very comfortable as well. Clean kitchen with all appliances you need. Very large and comfy beds, with air conditioning in every room. Few minutes walk to two nice beaches, and also great restaurants where you eat right next to the ocean. Great apartment, and we would love to stay again!

😀 - Avra Apartments are one of the most beautiful places I have recently had the pleasure to visit. Right after our arrival, we were welcomed in such a way that I immediately felt at home – fresh fruit, cold water in the fridge, as well as Greek wine and a homemade stronger drink were waiting for us. The apartment is located at the top of a steep driveway, but that’s not a problem, because Stelios had no trouble parking my car. He also took care of the children and shared his own kids’ toys with them. Throughout our stay, he kept sending us tips on where to go, what to see, and where to eat. The apartment was equipped with everything we could possibly need, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. Located right in the heart of the village of Kelavies and very close to the beach.

Der Kontakt zu Nastasa war super freundlich und sympathisch. Auf Wünsche und Rückfragen wurde adäquat eingegangen. Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber und die Lage ist traumhaft. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar und auch die Anbindung ist hervorragend. Insbesondere der hauseigene Zitronenbaum hat uns sehr überzeugt. Dieses Apartment ist ein Juwel auf AirBnB und absolut empfehlenswert.

Perfect for a small family 😀 - The place was well equipped and we even had a crib, baby chair and baby bathtub at our disposal which was very helpful with a 6 month old baby. The apartment had two terraces, one from where we had a view to the sea. There are good restaurants in the neighborhood and the beach is also quite close. Natasia and her husband were very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Avra Apartments and recommend it!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Stelios und Natasa. Natasa war immer sehr freundlich und half uns bei allen Angelegenheiten und ging sehr auf alle unseren Bedürfnisse ein. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und genau wie auf den Bildern. Besonders gefiel uns die Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer die in der Wohnung integriert waren und wir aßen viele Mahlzeiten auf dem süßen Balkon.
Aufgrund der Lage von Bushaltestellen könnte man ein Auto brauchen um die Gegend zu erkunden, das war aber kein Problem für uns, da wir sowieso viel entdecken wollten und flexibel sein wollten und wir bekamen gute Tipps.
Unsere Zeit hier war sehr schön und man hatte alles was man sich wünschen könnte. Danke für die Fürsorge und die Unterstützung!!

We had a fantastic time in Crete at Stelios and Natasha's place. The apartment is really beautiful and had everything we and our young children needed. We loved the sea view and watching the sunset. Stelios and Natasha were great hosts and quickly replied to any questions we had, and gave us some great recommendations for tavernas to try. We highly recommend their place, and love to come back one day.

Το σπίτι είναι καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο, όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Η Νατάσα είναι πολύ φιλόξενη. Η περιοχή όπου βρίσκεται το σπίτι είναι ένα μικρό χωριό. Η αγορά κ.λπ. είναι κοντά. Κατά τη γνώμη μας, το μόνο που λείπει είναι ότι τα εστιατόρια και η παραλία σε κοντινή απόσταση δεν είναι αρκετά καλά. Φάγαμε στα Χανιά τις άλλες νύχτες εκτός από 2 βραδινά.

Νιώσαμε άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει όλα όσα χρειάζεστε. Είναι επιπλωμένο με αγάπη και σύμφωνα με τη μόδα. Τις ζεστές μέρες, είναι υπέροχο να βρείτε ένα σκιερό σημείο σε ένα από τα μπαλκόνια. Η Νατάσα, η οικοδεσπότης, ήταν πολύ ζεστή και εξυπηρετική.
Θα απολαμβάνουμε αυτές τις διακοπές για πολύ καιρό. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Läget var perfekt – lugnt men ändå nära till restauranger och sevärdheter. Värden var otroligt gästvänlig och hjälpsam, och gav oss många bra tips om området. Det märks verkligen att de bryr sig om sina gäster. Jag skulle utan tvekan boka detta boende igen nästa gång jag är i området!

Erg aan te raden Airbnb! Zeer vriendelijke hosts en een mooi appartement. We waren positief verrast. Er zat zelfs schoonmaak, nieuw beddengoed en badlakens bij in. Ook ligt het appartement op een mooie locatie waar van alles te doen is in de buurt en op loopafstand van 2 zandstranden.

Stelios’s place was great, clean, stocked, furnished well, and well thought out. Stelios was also a great host all around.

A lovely relaxing week in a great apartment. 😀 - The hosts Stelios and Natasa were very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. They booked taxis for us to and from the airport and recommended good places to eat. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable with very nice touches such as a coffee machine, fresh coffee, fruit and wine. The apartment was in a nice quiet location about 15 minutes walk to the main beach. There were less busy beaches also about 15 minutes away in the opposite direction. 😞 - Nothing

We spent 2 weeks in this cosy apartment and enjoyed it a lot. Everything was there, even a washing machine - which we did not expect. Natasa was always very helpful und the cleaning service was very sufficient. 2 terraces to choose where to have breakfast or dinner to enjoy the view and sun or shadow. Due to the steep road up to the apartments the parking may not be too easy for beginners, but cars can always be parked at the main street. Overall a highly recommendable location, with everything needed for a relaxing stay and very good and friendly service!

Wir waren einige Tage im Juni bei Stelios und Natasa. Super Gastfreundlich und keiner unserer Wünsche wurde nicht erfüllt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sogar Sandspielzeug für unseren kleinen Sohn wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei den beiden. Macht weiter so. Liebe Grüße

Highly recommend!! We came to Kalyves for some rest and relaxation and our stay at Avra apartments exceeded this expectation. The apartment was very clean, stocked with all the essentials plus some, and the terrace was the perfect place to start every day - we even arrived to some welcome gifts. Stelios was incredibly accommodating and responsive, quickly providing us with additional amenities, such as beach towels. Chania and its surrounding areas were amazing, but this accommodation really made it feel like home away from home. The whole trip was perfect thanks to Stelios’ help! Avra apartments exceeded our expectations in every way! Hope to come back soon!

Both Natasha and Stelios were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment was excellent for us , though we have been to Kalvyes a number of times before this is the best apartment we have been in . Well equipped everything you need.

A lovely stay. Beautiful views. Perfect for 2 people. The veranda overlooking the ocean was incredible. The home is clean, bathroom is modern and spacious, and the proximity to excellent food made this one of my favorite Airbnb's in Greece.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf Kreta und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Natasa hat uns herzlich begrüßt, uns mit Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt und sich zwischendurch nach uns erkundigt.
Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass die Wohnung zwischendurch gereinigt worden ist und uns sogar Strandtücher zu Verfügung gestellt wurden.
Hier wurde an alles Gedacht und wir können uns vorstellen wiederzukommen!

The apartment was to a high level of cleanliness. lovely modern rooms . a very comfy living room. we was walked through how to use everything in the apartment which made us feel right at home. Natasa also helped me with some questions of the local area.

We had a fantastic time at avra apartments', spotlessly clean, comfortable bed,

Stayed in 2 bed apartment Altemi. So incredibly comfortable and well-designed. Super well-equipped kitchen, cushioned reclining chairs on the balcony and great beds. Natasa was lovely, gave us beach towels, fruit, wine and raki. Downstairs there were books and beach things to borrow. Thoroughly recommend and would definitely come back.

Τι να πω για αυτό το κατάλυμα? Το αγαπήσαμε από την πρώτη στιγμή.2 φορές μείναμε και θέλαμε και 3η αλλά δεν υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα. Υπεροχα καθαρά μεγαλα δωμάτια με ωραια θέα και πάρκινγκ. Τα κορίτσια που το έχουν είναι απίστευτα φιλοξενες και εξυπηρετικές κ σε βοηθάνε σε ότι και αν ζητήσεις. Κάνανε τη διαμονή μας πολύ ευχάριστη! Η τοποθεσια επισης πολυ καλη 15 λεπτα απο τα Χανιά. Τα Χριστούγεννα μας είχαν στείλει κ κάρτα.ποσο συγκινήθηκα δεν λέγεται. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα και ελπίζουμε να σας ξανά έρθουμε!! 😘🥰😍

Η τοποθεσία και η θέα είναι εκπληκτικά, το διαμέρισμα είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα χρειάζεστε και ο Stelio και η Natasa είναι εξαιρετικοί και φιλικοί οικοδεσπότες. Unser Aufenthalt in den Avra Apartments war traumhaft und erholsam. Nataša ist eine sehr sympathische und zugewandte Gastgeberin. Sie half uns mit hilfreichen Tipps für die Umgebung und darüber hinaus. Kalyves ist ein entspannter Ort mit hübschen Stränden und schöner Natur für Unternehmungen im Hinterland. Die Wohnung ist in einem Top-Zustand. Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Man hat auch einen schönen Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer. Das alles hat unsere Zeit dort perfekt gemacht und wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Nous recherchions un logement tranquille et comfortable pour un séjour de vélo et ce logement était parfait pour ça.
La communication avec Stelios était facile, le logement très bien équipé et fonctionnel.
A 20 minutes de route de Chania, plusieurs belles routes pour le vélo, près de la mer et des montagnes.

Είναι όμορφα επιπλωμένο, η κουζίνα είναι καλά εξοπλισμένη με όλα όσα χρειάζεστε για το μαγείρεμα και η θέα από τη βεράντα είναι υπέροχη. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη, αλλά μπορείτε να βρείτε παντοπωλείο, εστιατόρια και φούρνο σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Ο Στέλιος έχει εξοπλίσει το διαμέρισμα με τρόπο που βρήκαμε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε!

Wunderschönes, modernes Appartement. Man sieht das Meer, die Lage ist super und ruhig. Alles im Dorf ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind so herzlich und gastfreundlich, man fühlt sich wie in der eigenen Familie. In der Wohnung ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Es ist schade, wenn man gehen muß, aber ein Grund, wieder zu kommen. Danke!

Το διαμέρισμα Avra Apartment στις Καλύβες ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό,καθαρό,άνετο με μια όμορφη βεράντα σε μια ήσυχη γειτονία.Καθόλη την διάρκεια της παραμονής μας δεν μας έλειψε απολύτως τίποτα!Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε μας έδωσαν ακόμα και πληροφοριές για φαγητό και για διάφορες δραστηριότητες.Περάσαμε ένα πολυ όμορφο και χαλαρό τριήμερο!

Όμορφο, μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα. Μπορείτε να δείτε τη θάλασσα, η τοποθεσία είναι υπέροχη και ήσυχη. Τα πάντα στο χωριό απέχουν λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια. Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι τόσο ζεστοί και φιλόξενοι, που νιώθετε σαν να ανήκετε στη δική σας οικογένεια. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει όλα όσα χρειάζεστε για μια χαλαρωτική διαμονή μικρής ή μεγαλύτερης διάρκειας. Είναι κρίμα όταν πρέπει να φύγετε, αλλά ένας λόγος για να επιστρέψετε. Ευχαριστώ!
