Tolle Unterkunft und sehr nette sowie hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Tout était parfait, le logement, l'emplacement et les hôtes très sympathiques et disponible.
Nous recommandons fortement. Si tout les logements pouvaient être aussi irréprochable se serait parfait.

An absolutely amazing place! Location, coziness in the apartment, view from the terrace, which you can enjoy at breakfast! The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We felt at home. Special thanks to Natasa for the meeting and the opportunity to check in earlier, since in most cases check-in is from 15-16 hours. There was also the opportunity to use the grill, which made us very happy too! Also, the city was pleased with a well-equipped clean beach within walking distance. You do not need to pay separately for sun loungers and umbrellas if you order at least 6 € in the bar. The center of Chania is 25-30 minutes away by car. One hundred percent recommendation!

Η Νατάσα και ο Στέλιος σ 'ευχαριστώ πολύ για το ΘΕΡΜΌ καλωσόρισμα ❤😊 Το τζάκι ήταν υπέροχο και χρήσιμο! Το διαμέρισμα είναι όμορφο και άνετο και μας άρεσε πολύ να επιστρέφουμε στο σπίτι μετά από μια κουραστική μέρα εργασίας. Συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το μέρος όλες τις εποχές!

Με μία μόνο λέξη, θα περιέγραφα αυτό το κατάλυμα ως WOW! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ, αλλά πολύ ωραίο, μοντέρνο και διαθέτει απολύτως όλα όσα χρειάζεστε και επιπλέον έχετε αυτά τα 2 ωραία άτομα, τον Στέλιο και τη Νατάσα.
Μπορούμε μόνο να προτείνουμε αυτό το μέρος και να μην ξεχνάμε να ζητάμε συστάσεις όταν πρόκειται για εστιατόρια. Μας έδωσαν τις καλύτερες συστάσεις και τρώμε τόσο καλά. Πάντα απαντούσαν σε λίγα λεπτά στα μηνύματά μας και αφιέρωσαν χρόνο για να μας μιλήσουν για το νησί,τους ανθρώπους, τη ζωή γενικά.
Νομίζω ότι αυτό είναι το καλύτερο κατάλυμα που είχαμε στην Ελλάδα.
Η παραλία είναι κοντά, έχετε καλά εστιατόρια, καφετέριες.
Μη διστάσετε να κλείσετε αυτό το υπέροχο διαμέρισμα και να έχετε υπέροχες διακοπές!

We couldn't fault this place. Location: quiet, easy walk to town, beaches, restaurants and amenities. Help with taxis and car hire to explore a great area. Prompt communication and a very warm welcome. Lovely apartment with everything you needed, very clean and comfortable.

Our stay in Kalyves was wonderful. The apartment was everything we expected...very nice. Stelios and Natasha were very responsive; attentive without being intrusive, very helpful and accommodating. There is parking which is a great plus. The bed was very comfortable. We would gladly stay there again. Thank you so much.

Fabulous view We stayed at Avra (also known as Breezes) Apts in the top rooms (Siroko). The view was amazing, the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in in Greece, soft pillows, free with fi, air con, satellite TV,combination safe, full size cooker with oven, washing machine, brand name hairdryer and lots of other useful items too numerous to mention. 3 balconies on total.One very large overlooking the sea,one to the side catching the late afternoon sun and a third, smaller, for the washing.Anna the owner, and Natasa, were both very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us.Avra is about 15 mins slow walk to the nearest taverna (Akrigialos) - walk along the sea road,it's safer, and about 20-25 mins stroll to the far end of the village.The good news is, Anna's neighbour is a taxi driver and if you ask her she will organise a lift for you. (5 euros to the far end of the village.No price increase after midnight)The only downside was the fairly steep narrow road to the apartment.

We had a wonderful vacation
in Stelios’ Apartment “Levantes” Everything was there we could think of, absolutely outstanding apartment with an amazing view over the sea and the mountains.
Stelios welcomed us super kindly in person. Communication was super easy and we could even borrow beach towels from Stelios.
The beach, a supermarket and some restaurants are reachable in only a couple of minutes to walk.
Thank you very much for everything again, we would love to come back and are glad that we decided for your apartment.

Stelios et sa femme ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont donné de bons conseils sur quoi visiter aux alentours. L'appartement était parfait et exactement comme décrit, l'emplacement très agréable et paisible. Nous recommandons ce logement.
