Stelios e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto molto gentilmente in presenza dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie al soggiorno e alle visite da fare.
L'appartamento è nuovo come da foto. È completamente accessoriato, pulitissimo (anche con una pulizia intermedia durante il soggiorno!) e fornisce anche accessori da spiaggia e libri 😀
La posizione permette, per noi con auto, di girare tutta la parte ovest di Creta.
Grazie anche per la frutta, il vino e il raki che ci aspettavano all'arrivo.
PS la wifi funziona benissimo
La spiaggia con ombrelloni è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti.

The apartment was just amazing!
Very clean, very pretty, exactly as shown on the pictures, amazing view, everything we needed was there, especially in the kitchen and the bathroom.
That is just surpassed by the extremely (I assume wife of the host Stelios) Natasha! She checked in with us every day without being annoying, she had the best recommendations for Kalyves and the surrounding villages and the whole area of Chania. We were so satisfied by that! She also made sure the cleaning is on the right day so that it fits our plans and could answer every question we had.

Also, Kalyves is a nice little village and we got everything we needed from the lots of little stores (small supermarkets, butcher, bakery etc.) on the main street, which was just around the corner.
The apartment was easy to find and also had a parking spot for our rented car.
All in all, it couldn't have been any better, I would highly recommend this stay!

Stelios en zijn vrouw zijn ontzettend aardige mensen. Ze weten veel over de omgeving en hebben ons leuke tips gegeven. We hebben het contact met hen als er prettig ervaren. De Airbnb zat op een prettige plek tussen de lokale bevolking en vlak bij het strand. Binnen het dorp is alles op loopafstand, wat erg handig is. De Airbnb zag er brandschoon uit en alle dingen die je nodig hebt zijn aanwezig. Er waren zelfs parasols die je kon meenemen naar het strand. In de omgeving is ontzettend veel te doen. Wij hebben enorm genoten en raden jullie dit verblijf van harte aan!

Stelios and Natasa were the perfect hosts. They were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Avra Apartments to anyone who was staying in Kalyves.

非常棒的住宿体验 这是一次极其棒的住宿体验，房东真的细心体贴，让我们四天的住宿格外舒适。房间让我觉得在家一样，床单被褥洗衣机，厨具调料应有尽有，去海边帮我们准备了浴巾和太阳伞，入住第一天给我们准备了每人一份的水果，清理房间帮我们准备了自己做的希腊小点心，今天风大气温低留了字条告诉我们热水可能不足要当心，房间有空调 洗衣机 每个房间有独立的wifi 如果再次旅行，我还会选择这里。 Une expérience excellente à cet appartement. Nous avons passé 4 jours tres confortable comme chez nous. L appartement est très bien équipé dans la cuisine et la salle d'eau. Un panier de bienvenu à été préparé dès l'arrivé avec des fruits de saison. Elles nous préparent également chaque jour des petites surprises avant la rentrée, des biscuits maison, des conseils pour lendemain... Le wifi est individuel par appartement et la vitesse est très bonne. La décoration est moderne et "artiste", pleins d articles faites à la main. Nous y séjournerons sûrement une prochaine fois...

Εξυπηρετικά τα παιδιά. Όμορφος και εξοπλισμένος χώρος. Ησυχία με όλα όσα μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος για μια η και περισσότερες μέρες διακοπών. Ευχαριστουμε πολύ.

Ons verblijf was perfect.

We hebben werkelijk nog nooit eerder zo'n mooi en compleet appartement gehad. Van een volledige keukeninrichting met broodrooster, keukenmachine, toaster, citruspers, afwasmachine, koffiezetapparaten om op 2 manieren koffie te kunnen zetten, koffie, thee, chocolademelkpoeder, afwasblokjes, peper/zout, maar ook een wasmachine, strijkbout en plank, 2x badkamers, 2 fohns, Zelfs speelgoed voor onze kleinzoon werd gebracht. En dan heb ik nog niet eens alles genoemd. Daarnaast stond er een gevulde fruitmand, een fleswijn en flesje Raki als welkom klaar.
En dan kwamen de eigenaren ook nog vragen of we iets misten. Nou werkelijk ik kon niets bedenken. Overigens zeer vriendelijke, toegankelijke mensen.
Het balkonhek vonden wij niet helemaal veilig voor onze 1 1/2 jaar oude kleinzoon en hier werd gelijk de volgende dag en mooie oplossing voor gemonteerd. Echt top!

Dit appartement is absoluut een aanrader! Wij geven het een dikke 10!

What a lovely apartment right up the road from the sea, up on a hill with a gorgeous view, surrounded by flowers and trees. It was an oasis and yet close to everything you may need in the area, with a bakery at the foot of the hill. Moreover, the hosts were so wonderfully attentive, made sure I had all I needed, with a familial warm. I hope to one day return and would recommend this place to anyone visiting the region and who wants to be close to Chania but also away from the crowds and traffic. Wonderful stay overall!

I've traveled to Greece many years in a row now and although visiting Crete was my first time this was by far the best accommodation I've ever stayed at. Amazing place to stay and couldn't recommend any better.

Merci pour ce très bel appartement qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour si agréable. Le logement est nickel avec une jolie terrasse, et à proximité de bons restaurants. Merci à Stelios pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses recommandations. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Nous avons passés 5 nuits à avra appartement , le|Personnel est très accueillant et à l écoute .l'appartement est comme sur les photos C'est très propre , assez grand , le lit confortable , salle de bain neuve ,très bon emplacement , plage à côté , restaurant aussi , emplacement pour la voiture gratuit devant l appartement.
