Eine perfekte Woche in einem wunderschönen Apartment, sehr nette Vermieter, extrem hilfsbereit außerdem. 😀 - Sehr geschmackvoll und moderne Einrichtung, extrem sauber. Tolle Küche mit allem, was man braucht, bequeme Betten, schöne Badezimmer. Die Lage ist optimal, zu Fuß zu beiden Stränden in ca 10-15 Minuten, viele Tavernen in der Nähe. Wir waren zu fünft dort und haben es sehr genossen 😊😊😊!!! 😞 - Nichts…

Nice place, friendly people Nice place, close to Chania town. Amazing view and amazing people . Very clean and beatiful rooms. You can enjoy comfortable sleep. Also the rooms provide, air conditioning , sattelite TV and all the kitchen gadgets . Walking distance to the sea.

“Avra” is really a very fine place. The owner Natasa and Stelios are very helpful and accommodating people.

Wir hatten hier unsere Flitterwochen verbracht, und es war wunderbar.

Überaus freundliche und großzügige Vermieterin! 2x in der Woche wurde unsere Ferienwohnung gereinigt, was ich nicht für selbstverständlich halte. Sie hatte sich nie aufgedrängt und unsere Privatsphäre überhaupt nicht gestört, war aber über WhatsApp immer ansprechbar, falls nötig.

Die Lage war ideal. Wenn man draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken wollte, hatte man einen direkten Blick aufs Meer.
Der Weg zum Supermarkt war mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten entfernt, und war auch sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotz Nähe zur Stadt war man durch einige Häuserreihen vor der Ferienwohnung gut genug abgeschottet vom Treiben und Lärm, wobei der schöne Blick aufs Meer durch die obere Hanglage des Hauses einem nicht versagt blieb!
Ideal gelegen für viele Ausflugsziele, von ganz im Westen der Insel (Elafonisi ca 1,5h mit dem Auto) bis Mitte ganz im Süden der Insel (Preveli ca 1h mit dem Auto) und sehr viele andere schöne Strände und Wandermöglichkeiten dazwischen ☺️

Die Ferienwohnung würden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!

Quel bonheur ! La joie de poser ses valises en Crète pour la première fois et d'y être dans un si joli contexte. Très sympathiquement accueillis sur les lieux avec nos deux enfants, nous avons eu le bonheur de découvrir le vaste appartement avec grande terrasse (et vue merveilleuse sur la baie de Kalyves) qui allait devenir notre maison pour trois jours.
Une bouteille de raki nous attendait, ainsi que du vin - la générosité crétoise !
Lieu parfait pour naviguer d'est en ouest aux alentours - ne surtout pas manquer la crique d'Ombrosgialos !
Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir et recommandons chaleureusement cet endroit en tous points superbe tenu par des gens adorables (un gros bisou à bébé Johanna en passant)

Stayed at Avra Apartments during Christmas 2021 whilst house searching in the local area. We wasn't originally supposed to be staying here but we had a bad experience at an another Air B&B so abandoned that one and found Avra Apartments last minute, a couple of days before Christmas. Natasa and the hosts were absolutely fantastic, we informed them of our poor experience at the other apartment, and they had the heating ready for us to arrive. We spent up to New years Eve there, and Natasa was great asking how we were getting on and recommending her favourite restaurants open out of season as well as the gifts of wine, fruit and treats. There is a fantastic cake bakery at the bottom of the drive that we use all the time when in Kalyves. Apartments are great size and modern. The location is great and easy to walk into town. Some parking spaces are available, but if not, parking is available nearby. The TV had Netflix installed so we could plug into our account during the evenings. We're very grateful to Avra for their hospitality.

Very nice, well equipped apartment with lovely balcony with sea view. Beautiful village, large beach 😀 - The host waited for us when we arrived and showed us in to the apartment. She was very helpful and gave us suggestions on places to visit and tavernas which were very good.

Απολύτως εξαιρετική! Οι οικοδεσπότες Νατάσα και Στέλιος ήταν απολύτως υπέροχοι! Η τοποθεσία ήταν ένα όνειρο, θέα πάνω από τη Μεσόγειο θάλασσα και σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια από πανέμορφες παραλίες και καλά εστιατόρια. Ο τόπος ήταν εξαιρετικά καθαρός. Το διαμέρισμα είναι όμορφα διακοσμημένο με καλλιτεχνικές προσωπικές πινελιές μερικές υπέροχες εικόνες. Τα υπνοδωμάτια και τα μπάνια είναι ευρύχωρα και έχουν πολύ μοντέρνο κομψό άγγιγμα. Ο κλιματισμός προσφέρει μεγάλη ανακούφιση από τη θερμότητα όταν το χρειάζεστε. Φρέσκια χαρτί υγείας και πετσέτες κρεβατιών ανάκλινα άλλαξαν κάθε δύο ημέρες. Αυτό που προσωπικά μου άρεσε πολύ ήταν ότι οι οικοδεσπότες είναι περιβαλλοντικά προσανατολισμένοι και διευκολύνουν οποιονδήποτε φιλοξενούμενο να ανακυκλώνει τα πλαστικά και είναι διακριτικά εμφανής μέσα από τα τσάντες που παρέχουν τα σακούλα ανακύκλωσης και τους καθαρούς σάκους από λινό για ψώνια. Κατά την άφιξή μας χαιρετίσαμε με εξαιρετικά φιλικό και προσεγμένο τρόπο. Επίσης ένα υπέροχο μπουκάλι αμπέλου και το Raki ήταν επίσης μέρος της γενναιόδωρης υποδοχής. Όταν δυστυχώς έπρεπε να φύγουμε μας δόθηκε ένα όμορφο χέρι ζωγραφισμένο αντίο παρόν! Θα ήθελα να συστήσω ιδιαίτερα αυτό το μέρος σε όσους αναζητούν ένα όμορφο γραφικό και χαλαρό μέρος για να μείνετε. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και οικογένειες με παιδιά. Απολύτως εξαιρετική!

A lovely stay. Beautiful views. Perfect for 2 people. The veranda overlooking the ocean was incredible. The home is clean, bathroom is modern and spacious, and the proximity to excellent food made this one of my favorite Airbnb's in Greece.

Gli appartamenti sono davvero ottimi perché nuovi molto puliti e ben tenuti. La cucina e ben attrezzata non manca nulla nemmeno la moka. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato olio sale zucchero e frutta fresca. Molto gentili e disponibili i gestori che ci hanno accolti maniera calorosa. Davvero molto consigliato!!!!

Staying at this Air B and B was lovely. Natasa was super friendly and gave us recommendations on what we could do and bus times etc. The apartment was very clean and was cleaned every four days when we were out. We really enjoyed staying here and felt like it was a great base for exploring and resting in the area! Thank you! 🙂

We had a fantastic time at avra apartments', spotlessly clean, comfortable bed,
very peaceful, lovely neighbours. We cannot praise the place enough, highly recommend. Massive shout out for Natasa, she is a absolute star.
