Muchas gracias, Stelios y Natasa son muy atentos y amables. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Chania es maravillosa, un pueblo bien equipado, la gente es muy amable y las playas son tranquilas. Nos hemos ido con muchas ganas de volver!

It was an amazing stay at a great location. Very close to beaches and close to the main road. Stelios and Natasa were very helpful with awesome recommendations for food, visitors advice and snorkeling spots. It was a beautiful apartment with all appliances you could need. We recommend everyone to stay here. Thank you Stelios and Natasa!

Die Unterkunft liegt nicht weit weg von Chania. Der Ort der Unterkunft selbst, Kalives, ist ein gemütlicher Ort mit allem was man braucht. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, dafür dass sie ziemlich nah am Zentrum von Kalives liegt. Die Einrichtung der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, das Bad ist modern und sauber. Auch der Rest der Einrichtung ist top. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön gestaltet und bietet einen Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung, sowie die Terrasse verläuft über zwei Ebenen und wirkt dadurch gemütlich. Gerne wieder 🤗

Absolutely 💯lovely apartment! Very clean, modern with everything you need. Fab diffuser hairdryer too which I was happy about. Memory foam mattress. Wine n water waiting on arrival. I'd definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay at Avra Apartments. We were met by Natasa and Stelios who made us very welcome. The apartments are very well equiped with quality fittings etc. We are very likely to come back.

Tips for other travellers
The aparments are about a 15 minute walk from the main Kalyves beach. All services such as a large supermarket,local shops,tavernas and bars are close by.The slope up to the property may not suit those with limited walking mobility but there is ample parking on site.

Stelios offers a small and friendly arpartement for a reasonal price. The arpartement itself was clean and offerd an parking lot. The communication was quick and easy, all questions could be answerd beforehand. All in all a pleansant stay.

😀 - Avra Apartments are one of the most beautiful places I have recently had the pleasure to visit. Right after our arrival, we were welcomed in such a way that I immediately felt at home – fresh fruit, cold water in the fridge, as well as Greek wine and a homemade stronger drink were waiting for us. The apartment is located at the top of a steep driveway, but that’s not a problem, because Stelios had no trouble parking my car. He also took care of the children and shared his own kids’ toys with them. Throughout our stay, he kept sending us tips on where to go, what to see, and where to eat. The apartment was equipped with everything we could possibly need, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. Located right in the heart of the village of Kelavies and very close to the beach.

An absolutely amazing place! Location, coziness in the apartment, view from the terrace, which you can enjoy at breakfast! The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We felt at home. Special thanks to Natasa for the meeting and the opportunity to check in earlier, since in most cases check-in is from 15-16 hours. There was also the opportunity to use the grill, which made us very happy too! Also, the city was pleased with a well-equipped clean beach within walking distance. You do not need to pay separately for sun loungers and umbrellas if you order at least 6 € in the bar. The center of Chania is 25-30 minutes away by car. One hundred percent recommendation!

Εξαιρετικό Το Avra apartments ανήκουν και διοικούνται από την Νατάσα και Στέλιος και ο ξάδελφός Anna, οι οποίοι είναι απολύτως υπέροχο και που να νιώσουμε τόσο ευπρόσδεκτοι και από τη στιγμή που ήμασταν έτοιμοι να φύγουμε νιώσαμε ότι είχαμε γνωστή τους για πολλά χρόνια και ήταν σαν οικογένεια. Τη φιλοξενία και την καλοσύνη να βοήθησε να κάνουμε την εβδομάδα τόσο ιδιαίτερο. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι πραγματικά το καλύτερο που έχουμε είναι γνωστό για τα 28 χρόνια του επισκέπτεται την Ελλάδα και τα ελληνικά νησιά. Είναι ευρύχωρα και όμορφα επιπλωμένα με πολλές επιπλέον παροχές που κανονικά δεν θα παρέχονται σε ελληνική καταλύματα αυτόνομης σίτισης. Το μπάνιο μας ήταν όμορφη έχοντας ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα και υπέροχο λευκές απαλές πετσέτες, παρασχέθηκαν και αλλάζονται συχνά. Το κλιματιστικό ήταν δωρεάν, είχαμε sky television και καταπληκτικό wifi. Μας πρόσφεραν το δάνειο πετσέτες παραλίας και, κατά την άφιξη, ένα μπουκάλι κρασί, του ψυγείου λαδιού και rakki μπολ με φρούτα ήταν που μας περιμένει στο τραπέζι κουζίνας. Μια μηχανή καφέ ήταν επίσης παρέχονται μαζί με καφέ και τα φίλτρα και υγρό απορρυπαντικό πιάτων, dishcloth, σίτες πώλησης νέο ρολό χαρτί και σκόνη πλυσίματος. Είχαμε ένα άνετο king size κρεβάτι με πάπλωμα. Είχαμε μία μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα στον κόλπο της Σούδας με τραπέζι, καρέκλες, πάγκο και μεγάλη ομπρέλα. Το Avra διαμερίσματα βρίσκονται στην κορυφή του μια απότομη αλλά μικρή ανηφόρα και παραλίες, ταβέρνες και το κέντρο του χωριού απέχουν μόνο λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια. Ένα μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια προς μία κατεύθυνση και καταστήματα και μίνι μάρκετ απέχει λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια προς την αντίθετη κατεύθυνση. Η στάση του λεωφορείου για λεωφορεία προς τα Χανιά και το Ρέθυμνο είναι κάτω από το λόφο και πάνω από το δρόμο. Ελπίζουμε να επιστρέψουμε στο Avra διαμερίσματα και δεν διστάζω να το συστήσω ιδιαίτερα τους. Νιώθαμε ότι αξίζει τα χρήματα ήταν εξαιρετική.

Beautiful apartment Wish we’d stayed here for longer - gorgeous apartment, luxurious, spotless and very nice location- beaches and tavernas within 5 min walk- owners were lovely people. Hope to return next year.
