Absolutely exceptional! The hosts Natasa and Stellios were absolutely lovely! The location was a dream, view over the Mediterranean sea and within walking distance to gorgeous beaches and good restaurants. The place was extremely clean. The apartment are beautifully decorated with artistic personal touches of some lovely pictures. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and have a very modern elegant touch. Airconditioning gives great relief from heat when you need it. Fresh bedcolths toilet paper and towels were changed every two days. What I personally also liked very much was that the hosts are environmental orientated, and make it easy for any guest to recycle plastics, and is discreetly evident through tge provided recycling bags and the clean linen bags for shopping. On arrival we were greeted in an exceptionally friendly and forthcoming manner. Also a lovely bottle of vine and Raki was also part of the generous welcome. When we sadly had to leave we were given a beautiful hand painted goodbye present! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful scenic and relaxed place to stay. Perfect for couples and families with kids. Absolutely exceptional!

Do not hesitate one second to book a night (or more) at Stelio ´s!!
Everything was just perfect, there is EVERYTHING you need to spend a great time, flat extremely well-equipped, freshly renovated, the view is so nice and the area very quiet and within walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, bakeries,
You can also easily park.
Stelio is very welcoming and responsive.
One again, I cannot recommend enough this place!!! It’s a no brainer!

We had a perfect family holiday staying at Avra apartments. From the wonderful warm welcome with Anna (at midnight!) to all the advice, tips, and small touches from Stelios and Natasa really made our daughters first holiday even better than we could have hoped it would be! We are all very sad to leave but had the best time!

Der Aufenthalt auf Kreta hat uns wirklich, wirklich gut gefallen 🙂 Und ehrlicherweise haben die Gastgeber alles dazu beigetragen! - Die Kommunikation war stets schnell, freundlich und herzlich- Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, mit kleinen "Gastgeschenken" und Aufmerksamkeiten, die es uns ermöglicht haben, sich gleich wohl zu fühlen- Wir haben viele Tipps und Tricks bekommen, was wir auf Kreta noch unternehmen sollten und wie was funktioniert (z.B. mit Busverbindungen die rausgesucht wurden, etc.).Zum Airbnb:- Es ist wirklich alles genau wie auf den Bildern und die Wohnung ist wohnlich und vollumfänglich ausgestattet.- Es gibt wirklich nichts, was uns gefehlt hat, oder was wir während unseres Aufenthaltes vermisst hätten- Sehr schöne Lage, mit einem tollen Strand in der Nähe und auch in dem Ort kann man gut herumschlendern- Die Einfahrt ist etwas schmal - also achtet beim Mietwagen darauf, ein kleines Modell zu nehmen 😉 (reicht aber auf der Insel auch vollkommen aus)Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für den tollen Urlaub bei Euch! Είχαμε την ευκαιρία να απολαύσουμε την διαμονή μας στα συγκεκριμένα διαμερίσματα! Προσφάτως ανακαινισμένα, με τους ιδιοκτήτες να έχουν βάλει την προσωπική τους πινελιά στην διακόσμηση, η οποία ξεφεύγει από τις κοινότυπες περιπτώσεις δωματίων θερινής διαμονής! ||Πέρα από τα όμορφα δωμάτια, εκείνο που μας έκανε πολύ θετική εντύπωση ήταν η φιλική συμπεριφορά των ιδιοκτητών και η διάθεσή τους να μας εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι τους ζητήσαμε! Αν και έχω πάει αρκετές φορές στην Κρήτη, οι πληροφορίες που μας έδωσαν για τα αξιοθέατα του νησιού ήταν τόσο αναλυτικές, γεγονός που σε έκανε να νιώσεις πως δεν έχεις δει τίποτα! :)||Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν καθαρό, ευρύχωρο με καλό γούστο στην διακόσμηση, διέθετε κλιματισμό, tv, κουζίνα, ψυγείο και μια εκπληκτική θέα στην θάλασσα, η οποία απείχε μερικές μόνο δεκάδες μέτρα.||Το χωριό Καλύβες, διέθετε ότι χρειαζόμασταν από εστιατόρια, σουπερ μαρκετ, κτλ, όποτε εξυπηρετηθήκαμε άνετα. Βρίσκεται κοντά σχετικά στα Χανιά, με το πλεονέκτημα της δυνατότητας να μπορέσαμε να αποφύγουμε την πολυκοσμία και την φασαρία της πόλης, ενώ είμασταν αρκετά κοντά στο να την επισκεπτόμαστε όποτε επιθυμούσαμε.||Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, appartement très bien situé, proche de la plage et du petit centre. Le logement est impeccable, propre, confortable, c’est comme à l’hôtel mais en mieux!

Πραγματικά μοναδικό, φιλόξενο, κοντά στα Χανιά, σε ένα πολύ όμορφο χωριό με υπέροχους ιδιοκτήτες, και το πιο σημαντικό για μένα είναι πάρα πολύ καθαρό.... Μπράβο Στέλιο και Χριστίνα! !!!

We had a fantastic time in Crete at Stelios and Natasha's place. The apartment is really beautiful and had everything we and our young children needed. We loved the sea view and watching the sunset. Stelios and Natasha were great hosts and quickly replied to any questions we had, and gave us some great recommendations for tavernas to try. We highly recommend their place, and love to come back one day.

Gli appartamenti sono davvero ottimi perché nuovi molto puliti e ben tenuti. La cucina e ben attrezzata non manca nulla nemmeno la moka. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato olio sale zucchero e frutta fresca. Molto gentili e disponibili i gestori che ci hanno accolti maniera calorosa. Davvero molto consigliato!!!!
