Stelios is a great host and the apartment was better than expected. Fully furnished & very suitable for a nice family stay with a baby & a toddler. We spent one week in April in this apartment. The location was ok to access local beaches and do a couple of daily trips in Chania region. We would warmly recommend this place to anyone!

Natasa and Stelios’ apartment is fantastic! It is clean, has all the necessary amenities and in a great location. Ten minute walk from the beaches and five minute walk from some great family run tavernas! The hosts were also extremely proactive and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here while in Crete!

Wir hatten hier unsere Flitterwochen verbracht, und es war wunderbar.

Überaus freundliche und großzügige Vermieterin! 2x in der Woche wurde unsere Ferienwohnung gereinigt, was ich nicht für selbstverständlich halte. Sie hatte sich nie aufgedrängt und unsere Privatsphäre überhaupt nicht gestört, war aber über WhatsApp immer ansprechbar, falls nötig.

Die Lage war ideal. Wenn man draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken wollte, hatte man einen direkten Blick aufs Meer.
Der Weg zum Supermarkt war mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten entfernt, und war auch sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotz Nähe zur Stadt war man durch einige Häuserreihen vor der Ferienwohnung gut genug abgeschottet vom Treiben und Lärm, wobei der schöne Blick aufs Meer durch die obere Hanglage des Hauses einem nicht versagt blieb!
Ideal gelegen für viele Ausflugsziele, von ganz im Westen der Insel (Elafonisi ca 1,5h mit dem Auto) bis Mitte ganz im Süden der Insel (Preveli ca 1h mit dem Auto) und sehr viele andere schöne Strände und Wandermöglichkeiten dazwischen ☺️

Die Ferienwohnung würden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!

It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment. Natasa waited us at check in, there is a free parking spot at the apartment, had some fruits and other nice surprises in the apartment, we really appreciated it! 🙂 We enjoyed the area, 1 minute away from the sea and a couple more to the beach, nice bakery and restaurants/cafés also just a few minutes away; Kalyves is a nice and not so big city. Apartment is peaceful, we could have long sleeps 🙂 All in all, I gladly recommend it to anyone!

Great views. Exceptionally clean. Beds are comfy. Air con amazing and we needed that at 37 degrees. Great showers hot water. Welcoming owners. Great location a stones throw from the main square and beach Absolutely no complaints. Thanks Natasa.

Αυτός ο άνετος, καθαρός και άνετος χώρος είναι ιδανικός για μια οικογένεια. Ο Στέλιος και η Νατάσα, οι ιδιοκτήτες, είναι πάντα πρόθυμοι να σας βοηθήσουν με συμβουλές και συστάσεις για πράγματα που πρέπει να κάνετε στην Κρήτη. Είναι πάντα χαρά να μείνετε στην Αβρά. Θα επιστρέψουμε σύντομα!

Perfect for a small family 😀 - The place was well equipped and we even had a crib, baby chair and baby bathtub at our disposal which was very helpful with a 6 month old baby. The apartment had two terraces, one from where we had a view to the sea. There are good restaurants in the neighborhood and the beach is also quite close. Natasia and her husband were very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Avra Apartments and recommend it!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, appartement très bien situé, proche de la plage et du petit centre. Le logement est impeccable, propre, confortable, c’est comme à l’hôtel mais en mieux!

Stelios og Natasas lejlighed var fantastisk at bo i! Skøn udsigt, hyggelig og smuk indretning og en rolig landsby med gode spisesteder og to dejlige sandstrande tæt på. Vi følte os meget velkomne og ville elske at komme tilbage!
