Absolutely Perfect My husband and I stayed here for 10 wonderful days. The owners were warm, welcoming and happy to help with reccomendations for restaurants, day trips etc. Most of the time we ate out because the local cusine is very tasty but there is everything you need to cook for yourself. The rooms were immaculately clean with a comfy bed, hot shower and easy to use air conditioning. The town square and beach are less than a 10 minute walk away. Overall I can honestly say it was perfect accomodation and perfect location.

Stayed in 2 bed apartment Altemi. So incredibly comfortable and well-designed. Super well-equipped kitchen, cushioned reclining chairs on the balcony and great beds. Natasa was lovely, gave us beach towels, fruit, wine and raki. Downstairs there were books and beach things to borrow. Thoroughly recommend and would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stelios and Natasas apartment. The location and view are amazing, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and Stelio and Natasa are great and friendly hosts. We would definitely consider coming back, if we visit Crete again. ☺️

Stelios et sa femme ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont donné de bons conseils sur quoi visiter aux alentours. L'appartement était parfait et exactement comme décrit, l'emplacement très agréable et paisible. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Spacious and fully equipped appartement with a great sea view. Stelios and Natasa were lovely hosts.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles zu bieten, was man braucht. Sie ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Wunderbar ist die Möglichkeit an heißen Tagen, ein schattiges Plätzchen auf einem der Balkone zu finden. Natasa, die Gastgeberin, war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden noch lange von diesem Urlaub zehren. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Ganz herzlichen Dank.

Merci pour ce très bel appartement qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour si agréable. Le logement est nickel avec une jolie terrasse, et à proximité de bons restaurants. Merci à Stelios pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses recommandations. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Another Wonderful Week at the Avra We have just returned from our third visit to the Avra Apartments and had a wonderful time with the amazing owners Natasa and Stelios. Their welcome and hospitality is second to none and they really made as feel part of their family.

I have posted two previous reviews on the Avra so they can be accessed for further information on the Apartments. Suffice it to say they are absolutely beautiful and come highly recommended in every way. We slept wonderfully in the very comfortable king size bed and all the equipment, furniture and fittings are of a very high standard indeed – attention to detail is amazing and the lovely artistic touches give the warmth and comfort of one’s own home. The outlook from our terrace is stunning with a lovely view across Souda Bay.

If there were more stars to award this property then I would indeed give it far more than five!!! Thank you again Natasa and Stelios – we hope to see you again next year.

The hosts were very very nice! We had a great time by the sea, with all the help possible!

Natasa and Stelios’ apartment is fantastic! It is clean, has all the necessary amenities and in a great location. Ten minute walk from the beaches and five minute walk from some great family run tavernas! The hosts were also extremely proactive and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here while in Crete!
