Tout d'abord un grand merci à Natasa et Stelios pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil. Ce sont des hôtes vraiment serviables et aux petits soins. A notre arrivée dans le logement ils nous ont offert des fruits frais,du vin et un alcool local. C'est une très belle attention.
Le logement est parfait. Il n'y a rien à dire. Il est décoré avec soin, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Les deux petits balcons sont vraiment appréciables et la vue mer est top.
On peut faire facilement les courses à pied, plusieurs restaurants et petits commerces sont aussi à proximité et les plages sont également facilement accessibles.
L'aéroport se trouve à 35 min en voiture.
Nous recommandons ce logement à 300%.

We had a perfect family holiday staying at Avra apartments. From the wonderful warm welcome with Anna (at midnight!) to all the advice, tips, and small touches from Stelios and Natasa really made our daughters first holiday even better than we could have hoped it would be! We are all very sad to leave but had the best time!

Genau das was wir suchten: schöne Unterkunft ( alles da was man braucht und sehr gute Matratzen) super Lage (Strand und Tavernen in fußläufiger Entfernung) sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter! Wir würden wiederkommen!

Very friendly hosts and spacious apartment. 😀 - Apartment was very spacious and comfortable with easy access to Kalyves. We stayed in December 2021 over Christmas and we cooked a Christmas dinner in the apartment. Natasa is a fantastic host and couldn’t have done anymore for us! Apartment was clean and modern and could sign into our Netflix and Prime account on the TV to watch our shows. Wi-Fi very good. 😞 - Nothing.

Awesome place, exactly what we needed for our vacation. My wife and my little daughter absolutely loved it. Spacy rooms, super clean, the beach a few steps away, very quiet but, most importantly, the hosts are amazing. …

Fabulous, great accomodation

Piękne mieszkania, przesympatyczni gospodarze. Mieszkanie (Ostria) jest jednym z 4 wynajmowanych w tym domu. Czuliśmy się jak u siebie, mieliśmy do dyspozycji bardzo wygodną sypialnię z dużym łóżkiem podwójnym, ogromnymi szafami, biurkiem, stolikami nocnymi i klimatyzacją. Jakość snu rewelacyjna. Duży pokój (osobno klimatyzowany) obejmował salon z kanapą, fotelem bujanym, dużym telewizorem i tunerem satelitarnym oraz odtwarzaczem blu-ray, część jadalną (stół, 4 krzesła) i w pełni wyposażoną kuchnię. Na zewnątrz mały taras ze stołem, 4 krzesłami, parasolem i bocznym widokiem na morze. Całe mieszkanie prześliczne, urządzone z pomysłem i dużym smakiem. Niczego w nim nie brakuje. Nasi gospodarze przywitali nas talerzem owoców, winem i buteleczką rakii. Apartament jest sprzątany z wymianą pościeli co 4 dni, co 2 dni wymiana ręczników. Gospodarze pożyczą też parasol plażowy, ręczniki plażowe. Jest też kolekcja książek w kilku językach (ang, fr, niem i inne). Natasza lub Anna służyły pomocą w każdej potrzebie. Również mąż Nataszy, Stelios jest bardzo miły. Również rodzice Steliosa mieszkający po sąsiedzku ciągle nas czymś pysznym częstowali. Wrażenie było jakbyśmy byli u przyjaciół lub rodziny, a nie w wynajętym apartamencie.
Kalyves to fajna duża wioska, nie typowo turystyczny moloch. Są tutaj sklepy, salony fryzjerskie, szkoła, poczta i inne instytucje, z których korzystają miejscowi. Wszyscy spotykani Grecy byli przemili. Do plaż idzie się około 10 minut, jest plaża w lewo od apartamentu, trochę za wioską, jest plaża w prawo, w centrum wioski. Na plażach leżaki pod parasolami należące do kawiarni. Wystarczy zamówić mały napój i można leżeć do woli. Wokół Kalyves gaje oliwne, pomarańczowe, dolina rzeki i cudowne widoki na Góry Białe. Świetne miejsce do relaksu.

Beautiful apartments. Clean, stylish with a mediterranean "attitude"! Great hospitality. Definately recommended! Can't wait to stay again!

Charming hosts, modern and very comfortable furnishings, quality appliances and cooking equipment. One can walk anywhere in town. A short drive to Chania, Ocean swimming steps away and a very peaceful location. Watch the nautical traffic from your patio. I hate to compliment too much because we planned to return this October but it was sold out! The word is out! 5 star review, 10 stars if I could. Kim S. Seattle/USA

Fantastic apartment, I could live there 😀 - Such a nice apartment. Recently renovated but with a very nice blend of old (windows, doors and stairs) and new (floor, painted, USB-C sockets in the walls etc.) and super well equipped. The vibe in the apartment was sort of "Mediterranean" New Yorker apartment. We stayed in the two-bedroom "Sirakosa" apartment with sea view. We came here after a 2-week stay in Platanias, coming to Kalyves was a much more relaxed feeling and less touristy. Natasa was a great host as well. 😞 - Nothing to complain about but I do recommend having a rental car if you stay here and want to go anywhere else than Kalyves.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment! The view is beautiful and you have everything you need in walking distance. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are going to Crete.
