La joie de poser ses valises en Crète pour la première fois et d'y être dans un si joli contexte. Très sympathiquement accueillis sur les lieux avec nos deux enfants, nous avons eu le bonheur de découvrir le vaste appartement avec grande terrasse (et vue merveilleuse sur la baie de Kalyves) qui allait devenir notre maison pour trois jours. ||Une bouteille de raki nous attendait, ainsi que du vin - la générosité crétoise ! ||Lieu parfait pour naviguer d'est en ouest aux alentours - ne surtout pas manquer la crique d'Ombrosgialos !||Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir et recommandons chaleureusement cet endroit en tous points superbe tenu par des gens adorables (un gros bisou à bébé Johanna en passant)

Lovely welcome from Natasha & Stelios and family.||Large, comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated room (we had Levantes this time).Only slight downside was that our outside sitting area was not very private as the the occupants of the adjacent room had to walk thru to get access. These two rooms would be absolutely ideal for a family or two couples, however.||There is also a large parking lot used by the local car hire company immediately in front of the sitting area, although you can still see the sea in the near distance.

Diverses attentions qui montrent l'implication et le plaisir de recevoir de Natasha et son compagnon. |Excellent séjour ! |A 5/10 minutes à pied, de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. |Tout ceci a largement contribué à notre merveilleux séjour à kalyves !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. L'appartement est très agréable, très propre, le ménage et le changement de linge fait en milieu de semaine. Stelios et son épouse sont extrêmement gentils et serviables. Je recommande cet appartement à 100 %.

The appartement is beautiful. Perfect for a Pair. And also the host was so friendly and gave us tips what we can do in the surrounding area.

Tip: In the west of Kalyves there is the Café Delight, which very idyllic and romantic for pairs. It‘s directly at the sea and there are small tables at the beach wall

Διακοπές Υπέροχο, spasious στούντιο και διαμερίσματα, σε μια πλαγιά. Πολύ καθαρό και καλά ecviped, άνετα κρεβάτια. Μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με θέα στη θάλασσα vju. Πολύ καλοί και εξυπηρετικοί οικοδεσπότες. Υπέροχες παραλίες, εστιατόρια και ταβέρνες. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα τόσο για ζευγάρια και οικογένειες.

All I can say is just perfect. Perfect room, perfect view, perfect hospitality. Everything you need is well thought and the room is fully equipped, including washing machine, hair dryer, shampoos, towels(for beach too), coffee machine, toaster, kettle, good fridge, olive oil, pan, etc. But as a person who cares about hygiene a lot what really made me love this place is that they didn’t put those decorative blankets and pillows in top of the bed like any other hotels/Airbnbs. No marks in the sheets nor in the towels. Everywhere in the room felt so clean. I stayed in Levantes room for 7 nights and had such a blast in the morning with the view while drinking my coffee. Balcony set up was also super cozy. Bed was very comfortable. There are really countless of things that I consider perfect. In some hotels or airbnbs there are no space for your makeup products, no proper place to hang your towels, put your clothes. But I got a lot of space for my stuff, I had three mirrors in the room which was very convenient also. Cute cretan cats were visiting our balcony once in a while which was also a big plus for me to have them around. I felt like we were in the nature with sea view but in a luxury condition. We were able to park our car just right in front of our front door as well which made also very easy for us to pack beach bags easily without carrying heavy things to the car. Car was just one step close to us. The owner couple was so sweet. When we encountered them, they kept asking if we need anything, if everything was good, it was obvious that they wanted to make sure we feel like home which we did. About the location, Kalyves was not beautiful as chania or rethymno but quiet and nice. Just a seaside village so dont expect too much from the village. There were two beaches nearby around 10 mins each but we always went to turquoise water beaches located in the west and south of crete but this was our preference. And since kalyves is located in between rethymno and chania we were able to visit both towns for dinner easily. Overall, it was such an amazing stay. This place increased the expectation so high that I am not sure if I’ll ever like other airbnbs as much as I liked this apartment. This level of cleanliness, good equipment and relax stay cannot even be found in five star all inclusive hotels sometimes. Amazing.

ihr habt uns so herzlich begrüsst, eure Appartments sind genial. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Der kurze Spaziergang zum wunderschönen Strand hat unsere Tage bereichert. Liebevoll habt ihr das Appartment eingerichtet, so dass wir die Tage und die Abende sehr geniessen konnten. Eure persönliche Betreuung - nie war euch eine Frage zuviel - war für uns ein grosser Pluspunkt in unserem Erholungsurlaub. Danke!!!

Traum Urlaub in Avra Apartment Kalives Von unseren Vermietern Anna, Natasa und Stelios wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und während unsers Aufenthaltes hervorragend betreut. Gas gesamte Haus verfügt über mehrere Apartments, die alle sehr gepflegt sind.und alle Annehmlichkeiten haben, die den Urlaub schön machen. Wlan funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, deie Strände sind aber leicht auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Baden war ein Traum im seidenweichen Wasser. Wir waren nach zwei Wochen rundum erholt und würden jederzeit wieder in den Avra Studios Urlaub machen.

One of the best places we have stayed at. Stelios and his wife, Natasa, are wonderful. They went above and beyond any host. The apartment was in immaculate condition. We quickly felt right at home. Our apartment was fully updated with very nice finishes. I highly recommend this apartment. They will treat you like family.
