Nous avons passés 5 nuits à avra appartement , le|Personnel est très accueillant et à l écoute .l'appartement est comme sur les photos C'est très propre , assez grand , le lit confortable , salle de bain neuve ,très bon emplacement , plage à côté , restaurant aussi , emplacement pour la voiture gratuit devant l appartement.

Eine perfekte Woche in einem wunderschönen Apartment, sehr nette Vermieter, extrem hilfsbereit außerdem. 😀 - Sehr geschmackvoll und moderne Einrichtung, extrem sauber. Tolle Küche mit allem, was man braucht, bequeme Betten, schöne Badezimmer. Die Lage ist optimal, zu Fuß zu beiden Stränden in ca 10-15 Minuten, viele Tavernen in der Nähe. Wir waren zu fünft dort und haben es sehr genossen 😊😊😊!!! 😞 - Nichts…

The greatest hosts! Awesome place, exactly what we needed for our vacation. My wife and my little daughter absolutely loved it. Spacy rooms, super clean, the beach a few steps away, very quiet but, most importantly, the hosts are amazing. The lovely couple that runs the place, answered all our questions, suggested the greatest highlights and little tours, and took care of us always with a smile. Best value for money. We will visit them again next summer. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Comfortable apartment.very well equipped. Good mattress and pillows. Owned by lovely helpful family. Kalyves is a low key resort with good beaches and excellent tavernas and country walks along quiet roads and tracks.
Only small negative. On a short steepish hill. No problem if you are reasonably fit.

Super czysto, co 4 dni było sprzątane, wymieniane prześcieradła i ręczniki. Właściciele przemili. Żadnych ukrytych opłat. Klimatyzacja w cenie. Dałbym 6 gwiazdek, ponieważ po raz pierwszy spotkaliśmy się z tak ciepłym przyjęciem i mega czystym apartamentem. Poza tym wszędzie blisko i cicho, tylko te cykady....

Dostaliśmy kartkę świąteczną, jesteśmy w szoku. Tyle już podróżujemy i po raz pierwszy się z tym spotkaliśmy. Bardzo miły gest.

Όμορφο μέρος που διευθύνεται από μια πραγματικά ωραία οικογένεια Μείναμε σε αυτά τα διαμερίσματα με τη μαμά και τη θεία μου. Είχαμε τα 2 υπνοδωμάτια (2 + 2 παιδιά) συν τα 2 στούντιο.
Είχαμε μια φανταστική στιγμή και ο Στέλιος και η Νατάσα και όλη η οικογένεια μας έκανε να νιώθουμε πολύ ευπρόσδεκτοι. Τα διαμερίσματα ήταν ευρύχωρα και καλά εξοπλισμένα και η θέα ιδιαίτερα από το 2 κρεβάτι ήταν φανταστική. Εξαιρετικό μέρος για πρωινό.
Ο Στέλιος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός για να μας δανείσει ένα επιπλέον buggy για τα 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια στην παραλία! Είναι ένα ωραίο μέρος για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια.

Stayed at Avra Apartments during Christmas 2021 whilst house searching in the local area. We wasn't originally supposed to be staying here but we had a bad experience at an another Air B&B so abandoned that one and found Avra Apartments last minute, a couple of days before Christmas. Natasa and the hosts were absolutely fantastic, we informed them of our poor experience at the other apartment, and they had the heating ready for us to arrive. We spent up to New years Eve there, and Natasa was great asking how we were getting on and recommending her favourite restaurants open out of season as well as the gifts of wine, fruit and treats. There is a fantastic cake bakery at the bottom of the drive that we use all the time when in Kalyves.
Apartments are great size and modern.
The location is great and easy to walk into town. Some parking spaces are available, but if not, parking is available nearby. The TV had Netflix installed so we could plug into our account during the evenings. We're very grateful to Avra for their hospitality.

Superb 😀 - Super accueil de Natasha. Appartement décoré avec goût, très propre, tout équipé, très bonne literie, il ne manquait rien ! Lieu très calme. Parking privé. Restaurant recommandé par Natasha était excellent à 500m de l'appartement. Nous avons mangé du poisson frais 😋à ne pas louper.

We had a very nice stay. We especially liked the small "village" the apartment is located in. I highly recommend this place. Especially if you have a car available. Visiting Rethymno / Chenai / Beaches or Hiking Trails is easy from this spot. It is worth mentioning that the host (Stelios) is a very nice person!

Die Untetkunft war sehr schön, wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und man hat alles um sich gut zu versorgen. Lohnt sich

Lovely apartment & Stelios and Natasa were very responsive. Would definitely recommend!
