Super sejour Nous avons passés 5 nuits à avra appartement , le Personnel est très accueillant et à l écoute .l'appartement est comme sur les photos C'est très propre , assez grand , le lit confortable , salle de bain neuve ,très bon emplacement , plage à côté , restaurant aussi , emplacement pour la voiture gratuit devant l appartement.

Very lovely house, nicely decorated, new and very clean. Good matress, pillows, the linen and the towels...all 5 stars.
Evrything we needed was provided in the house.

😀 - Avra Apartments are one of the most beautiful places I have recently had the pleasure to visit. Right after our arrival, we were welcomed in such a way that I immediately felt at home – fresh fruit, cold water in the fridge, as well as Greek wine and a homemade stronger drink were waiting for us. The apartment is located at the top of a steep driveway, but that’s not a problem, because Stelios had no trouble parking my car. He also took care of the children and shared his own kids’ toys with them. Throughout our stay, he kept sending us tips on where to go, what to see, and where to eat. The apartment was equipped with everything we could possibly need, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. Located right in the heart of the village of Kelavies and very close to the beach.

Der Aufenthalt bei Stelios war ein super Einstieg in unseren Kreta-Urlaub.
Super Lage, tolle Aussicht & top Ausstattung.
Es war alles da was man benötigt (Kochen, Waschen & für den Strand).
Stelios war super hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war einfach & schnell.
Wir können die Unterkunft nur jedem weiterempfehlen. 🙂

Stayed at Avra Apartments during Christmas 2021 whilst house searching in the local area. We wasn't originally supposed to be staying here but we had a bad experience at an another Air B&B so abandoned that one and found Avra Apartments last minute, a couple of days before Christmas. Natasa and the hosts were absolutely fantastic, we informed them of our poor experience at the other apartment, and they had the heating ready for us to arrive. We spent up to New years Eve there, and Natasa was great asking how we were getting on and recommending her favourite restaurants open out of season as well as the gifts of wine, fruit and treats. There is a fantastic cake bakery at the bottom of the drive that we use all the time when in Kalyves. Apartments are great size and modern. The location is great and easy to walk into town. Some parking spaces are available, but if not, parking is available nearby. The TV had Netflix installed so we could plug into our account during the evenings. We're very grateful to Avra for their hospitality.

We stayed 2 months from July 10th to September 7th. Excellent service. Great welcome from the owners Mrs. Natascia and Mr. Stelios, who always fulfilled our requests with extreme kindness.

Tolle Unterkunft, auch für eine Reise mit einem Kleinkind. Neben der schönen Wohnung mochten wir auch die ruhige Straße mit Blick aufs Meer und die sehr netten Nachbarn. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt.

Absolutely amazing. Beautiful, well-maintained flat with all the facilities. Best of all, the owners and their family are very, very kind, making our stay unforgettable.

Tip: Kalyves is an authentic, lively village with all that a traveller needs, but without the traps of massive tourism. The beaches are beautiful, not crowded at all, you can reach them walking for 10 minutes or by car (no problem for parking nearby). There are about 10 restaurants, butchers', bakers', hairdressers', rent-a-car offices, a supermarket in Kalyves. Around the village, you can go walking or visit Chania, 25 minutes by bus.

Very friendly hosts (nothing was too much effort) who gave us a lovely welcome and made us feel relaxed. Lovely atmosphere, cosy clean rooms.. couldn't have asked for any better.

Muchas gracias, Stelios y Natasa son muy atentos y amables. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Chania es maravillosa, un pueblo bien equipado, la gente es muy amable y las playas son tranquilas. Nos hemos ido con muchas ganas de volver!
