Accueil chaleureux à une heure tardive. Disponibilité des hôtes. Décoration faite avec goût dans les moindres détails. Diverses attentions qui montrent l'implication et le plaisir de recevoir de Natasha et son compagnon. |Excellent séjour ! |A 5/10 minutes à pied, de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. |Tout ceci a largement contribué à notre merveilleux séjour à kalyves !

Stelios e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto molto gentilmente in presenza dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie al soggiorno e alle visite da fare.
L'appartamento è nuovo come da foto. È completamente accessoriato, pulitissimo (anche con una pulizia intermedia durante il soggiorno!) e fornisce anche accessori da spiaggia e libri 😀
La posizione permette, per noi con auto, di girare tutta la parte ovest di Creta.
Grazie anche per la frutta, il vino e il raki che ci aspettavano all'arrivo.
PS la wifi funziona benissimo
La spiaggia con ombrelloni è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti.

The greatest hosts! Awesome place, exactly what we needed for our vacation. My wife and my little daughter absolutely loved it. Spacy rooms, super clean, the beach a few steps away, very quiet but, most importantly, the hosts are amazing. The lovely couple that runs the place, answered all our questions, suggested the greatest highlights and little tours, and took care of us always with a smile. Best value for money. We will visit them again next summer. Highly recommended!

Super ausgestattetes Apartment mit vielen Extras. Küche ist mehr als vollständig, man kann super selbst verpflegen. Schöner Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse. Fußläufig sind Supermärkte, 2 Strände, Bäcker etc. zu erreichen. Strandutensilien wie Schirme, Matten und Co können kostenlos ausgeliehen werden - super hilfreich!
Stelios und Natasa sind tolle Gastgeber!

We stayed 2 months from July 10th to September 7th. Excellent service. Great welcome from the owners Mrs. Natascia and Mr. Stelios, who always fulfilled our requests with extreme kindness.

Beautiful Apartments Very beautiful, cosy and clean apartments. In a great location of Kalyves town. Bakery and small shops are close by. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They’ve gave us lots of tips and recommendations of places to visit. I would definitely recommend Avra Apartments. It was such a relaxing holiday for us.

Appartamento pulito e confortevole, in una zona molto tranquilla. Stelios è stato un host super ospitale, gentile e simpatico. Consigliato per chi vuole un alloggio lontano dalle zone turistiche affollate.

Οι φωτογραφίες της ιστοσελίδας του τα λένε όλα.Τίμιοι και ειλικρινείς οι ιδιοκτήτες του. Ότι βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες και περιγράφουν οι ιδιοκτήτες ....και ακόμη , όχι καλύτερο, . σχεδόν..πολυτελές !!!! Δεν του λείπει τίποτα ακριβώς! Σχεδιασμένο και μελετημένο ΆΡΙΣΤΑ!! Η τιμή του καταλύματος ,ΤΙΜΙΑ! Σέβονται τους πελάτες τους από όλες τις απόψεις για να έχουν τέλεια διαμονή! Εξοπλισμένο πλήρως! Κουζίνα με όλα τα παρελκόμενα και με όλη την γκάμα των ηλεκτρικών συσκευών...Από φρυγανιέρα έως εσπρεσιέρα! Κλιματισμός ΆΡΙΣΤΟΣ! Το στρώμα και το κρεβάτι άψογα !Όποιος μείνει εκεί αποκλείεται να μην θέλει να ξαναμείνει!Σας ευχαριστούμε! Μακάρι να είχαμε κλείσει νωρίτερα,για να βρίσκαμε περισσότερες μέρες διαμονής! Λυπάμαι που δεν σας είχα ανακαλύψει από πέρυσι που πρωτοήρθα στις Καλύβες!! Αν ξανάρθω ξανά ,θα είναι μόνο εάν είναι να μείνω σε εσάς!Ευχαριστούμε!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Avra Apartments! The apartment we stayed in was immaculate and was really well-located for exploring the eastern and central parts of Crete. In addition, the owner/host (Stelios) of the apartment was really nice and had some great advice for exploring the various places we were planning to visit. If you’re looking for a great home base to explore Crete, we highly recommend staying at the Avra Apartments!

Immer wieder gerne 😀 - Vom Anfang bis zum Ende hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Die Ausstattung des Apartment enthält alles, was man braucht. Sogar Salz, Zucker und Kaffee stehen zur Verfügung. Das Einchecken verläuft absolut problemlos durch die sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Besonders angenehm war die leise Klimaanlage. Hinzu kommt die Aussicht von der Veranda. Da will man gar nicht auswärts essen gehen. Muss man auch nicht, da es in Kalives einige Lieferdienste gibt, bei denen man online bestellen oder das Essen selbst abholen kann, die wirklich gut sind (Simon's oder Souvlakeria z.B.) 😞 - Nichts negatives

Fabulous view We stayed at Avra (also known as Breezes) Apts in the top rooms (Siroko). The view was amazing, the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in in Greece, soft pillows, free with fi, air con, satellite TV,combination safe, full size cooker with oven, washing machine, brand name hairdryer and lots of other useful items too numerous to mention. 3 balconies on total.One very large overlooking the sea,one to the side catching the late afternoon sun and a third, smaller, for the washing.Anna the owner, and Natasa, were both very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us.Avra is about 15 mins slow walk to the nearest taverna (Akrigialos) - walk along the sea road,it's safer, and about 20-25 mins stroll to the far end of the village.The good news is, Anna's neighbour is a taxi driver and if you ask her she will organise a lift for you. (5 euros to the far end of the village.No price increase after midnight)The only downside was the fairly steep narrow road to the apartment.
