Η διαμονή μας στο διαμέρισμα ήταν μια πολύ ωραία εμπειρία!!!|Ο χώρος είναι φτιαγμένος με μεράκι, εξαιρετικο γούστο και λεπτομέρειες που δεν φαινονται στις φωτογραφίες!|Επισης διαθέτει όλες τις ανέσεις και είναι πεντακάθαρο, αλλά αυτό που ξεχωρίζει είναι η απίστευτα φιλόξενη αύρα των ιδιοκτητών ... σε κάνουν να νιώθεις σπίτι σου!!!|Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα από όλες τις αποψεις!!! ||

Nous recommandons à 200%, nous avons passé un excellent moment dans l'appartement de Stelios, idéalement situé et tout proche de la mer, l'appartement est décoré avec énormément de goût et est sur-equipé, on s'y sent comme à la maison, merci encore !

Lovely Greek welcome and excellently appointed apartment Stellios, Natasha and their respective parents were so lovely and welcoming. We felt at home from the minute we arrived. We only stayed the one night, but they kindly allowed us to stay on until late afternoon without seeking any extra payment, for which we were very grateful as our flight wasn't until the evening. Apartment was huge, modern, tastefully decorated, superbly appointed inc sattelite TV, and all the kitchen gadgets you need. Also, very efficient and quiet air conditioning, plus a large bathroom with a good shower. The apartment is in a quiet residential side street about 10 mins stroll to the centre of Kalives and same to the nearest sandy beach. Nearest restaurant is 5 mins away. We didn't have much of a sea view from our small terrace (we stayed in Osteria) as we were on ground floor and at rear, but looking at some of the other apartments, the ones on the side and front must have superb views of both mountains and sea.

We couldn't fault this place. Location: quiet, easy walk to town, beaches, restaurants and amenities. Help with taxis and car hire to explore a great area. Prompt communication and a very warm welcome. Lovely apartment with everything you needed, very clean and comfortable.

Πολύ θερμή υποδοχή Καλό καλωσόρισμα από τη Νατάσσα & Στέλιο και την οικογένεια.
Μεγάλο, άνετο, καλά εξοπλισμένο και όμορφα διακοσμημένο δωμάτιο (είχαμε αυτή τη φορά Levantes). Μόνο μικρό μειονέκτημα ήταν ότι ο εξωτερικός χώρος καθιστικού μας δεν ήταν πολύ ιδιωτικός καθώς οι κάτοικοι του παρακείμενου δωματίου έπρεπε να περπατήσουν μέχρι να αποκτήσουν πρόσβαση. Αυτά τα δύο δωμάτια θα ήταν απολύτως ιδανικά για μια οικογένεια ή δύο ζευγάρια, ωστόσο.
Υπάρχει επίσης ένας μεγάλος χώρος στάθμευσης που χρησιμοποιείται από την τοπική εταιρεία ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων ακριβώς μπροστά από το καθιστικό, αν και μπορείτε ακόμα να δείτε τη θάλασσα σε κοντινή απόσταση.

Stelios and his wife were amazing hosts! We loved their place and had the best time. The house was super clean and there were all the amenities we needed.
The nearby beaches are clean, calm, and all at the walking distance.

Υπέροχη διαμονή! Μείναμε 3 νύχτες στο διαμέρισμα του Avra. Μας υποδέχτηκε η Νατάσα. Ήταν πολύ φιλόξενοι και εξυπηρετικοί και εξυπηρετικό και μιλούσε πολύ καλά αγγλικά. Το στούντιο που μείναμε ήταν τόσο μεγάλο για δύο ότι δεν αισθανόμουν σαν ένα στούντιο, αλλά ακόμα και αν το ελαστικό είναι σκασμένο. Υπήρχε ένα μεγάλο αρκετά καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα/τραπεζαρία, μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι, πολύ καθαρό μπάνιο, καθώς και ένα μπαλκόνι και ένα αίθριο. Το μπαλκόνι ήταν τέλεια για το πρωινό μας ήταν στον ήλιο και τη βεράντα για δείπνο για να παρακολουθήσετε το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Κλειστό σε μια παραλία, ένα σούπερ μάρκετ και 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης με πολλά εστιατόρια. Τέλεια τοποθεσία αν θέλετε να αποφύγετε την πολυκοσμία Χανια και όχι να μακριά από τον κεντρικό δρόμο για να εξερευνήσετε την Κρήτη.

Le studio est fort bien décoré, très propre et comporte vraiment tout de ce que vous avez besoin. En outre la différence de niveau donne une appréciable et agréable séparation entre la chambre et la partie de vie.
Notre hôte a toujours été présente pour tous renseignements, le tout avec une jolie communication. Entre autres, nous la remercions pour son aide afin d'avoir un test PCR un samedi ...
Pour résumer, un studio agréable à vivre bien situé dans le village, une hôtesse plus qu'agréable, que demander de plus ?

Nice place, friendly people Nice place, close to Chania town. Amazing view and amazing people . Very clean and beatiful rooms. You can enjoy comfortable sleep. Also the rooms provide, air conditioning , sattelite TV and all the kitchen gadgets . Walking distance to the sea.
