Beautiful apartment with every thing needed for a fantastic stay. Lovely shower room, well equipped kitchen. Great location too, just loved it. Very helpful hosts nothing too much trouble. Even brought us some CDs to watch.

Εξαιρετική Apartments Μείναμε στο διαμέρισμα Maestros στο Avra για 1 εβδομάδα. Υπέροχο καλωσόρισμα από τη Νατάσα που είναι τόσο εξυπηρετικοί και πρόθυμος να βεβαιωθείτε ότι έχετε όλα όσα χρειάζεστε. Το κρασί, ρακί, φρούτα και νερό παρέχεται κατά την άφιξη & καλλιεργούνται χορτοφαγικό αριστερά για εμάς στη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Διαμέρισμα εξαιρετικά καθαρό & άνετο. Σπίτι μακριά από το σπίτι σας με εστία μαγειρέματος, ψυγείο με καταψύκτη, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, σίδερο και σιδερώστρα. Χωρίς κλιματιστικό & ασφαλές. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται πίσω από το χωριό road έως απότομη αλλά μικρή hill, δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια από 2 υπέροχες παραλίες & σούπερ μάρκετ. Ταβέρνες και καταστήματα ακόμα περισσότερο. Ο οδηγός ταξί δίπλα πολύ λογικό. Λεωφορεία κάνουν στάση σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα λεωφορεία που εκτελούν δρομολόγια από και προς τα Χανιά.

We had a wonderful vacation
in Stelios’ Apartment “Levantes” Everything was there we could think of, absolutely outstanding apartment with an amazing view over the sea and the mountains.
Stelios welcomed us super kindly in person. Communication was super easy and we could even borrow beach towels from Stelios.
The beach, a supermarket and some restaurants are reachable in only a couple of minutes to walk.
Thank you very much for everything again, we would love to come back and are glad that we decided for your apartment.

Lovely Greek welcome and excellently appointed apartment Stellios, Natasha and their respective parents were so lovely and welcoming. We felt at home from the minute we arrived. We only stayed the one night, but they kindly allowed us to stay on until late afternoon without seeking any extra payment, for which we were very grateful as our flight wasn't until the evening. Apartment was huge, modern, tastefully decorated, superbly appointed inc sattelite TV, and all the kitchen gadgets you need. Also, very efficient and quiet air conditioning, plus a large bathroom with a good shower. The apartment is in a quiet residential side street about 10 mins stroll to the centre of Kalives and same to the nearest sandy beach. Nearest restaurant is 5 mins away. We didn't have much of a sea view from our small terrace (we stayed in Osteria) as we were on ground floor and at rear, but looking at some of the other apartments, the ones on the side and front must have superb views of both mountains and sea.

Ο χώρος είναι φτιαγμένος με μεράκι, εξαιρετικο γούστο και λεπτομέρειες που δεν φαινονται στις φωτογραφίες!
Επισης διαθέτει όλες τις ανέσεις και είναι πεντακάθαρο, αλλά αυτό που ξεχωρίζει είναι η απίστευτα φιλόξενη αύρα των ιδιοκτητών σε κάνουν να νιώθεις σπίτι σου!!!
Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα από όλες τις αποψεις!!!

Absolutely exceptional! The hosts Natasa and Stellios were absolutely lovely! The location was a dream, view over the Mediterranean sea and within walking distance to gorgeous beaches and good restaurants. The place was extremely clean. The apartment are beautifully decorated with artistic personal touches of some lovely pictures. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and have a very modern elegant touch. Airconditioning gives great relief from heat when you need it. Fresh bedcolths toilet paper and towels were changed every two days. What I personally also liked very much was that the hosts are environmental orientated, and make it easy for any guest to recycle plastics, and is discreetly evident through tge provided recycling bags and the clean linen bags for shopping. On arrival we were greeted in an exceptionally friendly and forthcoming manner. Also a lovely bottle of vine and Raki was also part of the generous welcome. When we sadly had to leave we were given a beautiful hand painted goodbye present! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful scenic and relaxed place to stay. Perfect for couples and families with kids. Absolutely exceptional!

Fabulous view We stayed at Avra (also known as Breezes) Apts in the top rooms (Siroko). The view was amazing, the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in in Greece, soft pillows, free with fi, air con, satellite TV,combination safe, full size cooker with oven, washing machine, brand name hairdryer and lots of other useful items too numerous to mention. 3 balconies on total.One very large overlooking the sea,one to the side catching the late afternoon sun and a third, smaller, for the washing.Anna the owner, and Natasa, were both very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us.Avra is about 15 mins slow walk to the nearest taverna (Akrigialos) - walk along the sea road,it's safer, and about 20-25 mins stroll to the far end of the village.The good news is, Anna's neighbour is a taxi driver and if you ask her she will organise a lift for you. (5 euros to the far end of the village.No price increase after midnight)The only downside was the fairly steep narrow road to the apartment.

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement Levantes durant une semaine. Ce logement est d'une propreté irréprochable et la décoration est de très bon goût. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Merci à Stelios pour sa sympathie et son accueil.
