We had an amazing stay. Very peaceful apartment and close to the beach. We felt like at home. The apartment had everything what we wished for. We hope to come back soon. Strongly recommend it.

Stelios et Natasa sont des hôtes très gentils et généreux. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Même nous avons pu prendre possession de l'appartement plutôt.
Un gros merci nous avons passé un superbe séjour.

Οι φωτογραφίες της ιστοσελίδας του τα λένε όλα.Τίμιοι και ειλικρινείς οι ιδιοκτήτες του. Ότι βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες και περιγράφουν οι ιδιοκτήτες ....και ακόμη , όχι καλύτερο, . σχεδόν..πολυτελές !!!! Δεν του λείπει τίποτα ακριβώς! Σχεδιασμένο και μελετημένο ΆΡΙΣΤΑ!! Η τιμή του καταλύματος ,ΤΙΜΙΑ! Σέβονται τους πελάτες τους από όλες τις απόψεις για να έχουν τέλεια διαμονή! Εξοπλισμένο πλήρως! Κουζίνα με όλα τα παρελκόμενα και με όλη την γκάμα των ηλεκτρικών συσκευών...Από φρυγανιέρα έως εσπρεσιέρα! Κλιματισμός ΆΡΙΣΤΟΣ! Το στρώμα και το κρεβάτι άψογα !Όποιος μείνει εκεί αποκλείεται να μην θέλει να ξαναμείνει!Σας ευχαριστούμε! Μακάρι να είχαμε κλείσει νωρίτερα,για να βρίσκαμε περισσότερες μέρες διαμονής! Λυπάμαι που δεν σας είχα ανακαλύψει από πέρυσι που πρωτοήρθα στις Καλύβες!! Αν ξανάρθω ξανά ,θα είναι μόνο εάν είναι να μείνω σε εσάς!Ευχαριστούμε!

Great place with ocean view from the balcony. Super quiet just at the end of the tiny but cosy village.
Stelios was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Logement très propre et fonctionnel (machine à laver, café, thé...). Très bonne communication. Nastasia était présente malgré notre horaire d'arrivée tardive.

We stayed 7 nights at the Ostria apartment in Avra Apartments hosted by Stelios and his wife Natasa. The apartment is very nice, very practical. We found everything you might need (air dryer, washing machine, cutleries and dishes). The place was very clean and we also appreciated a lot the mid-stay cleaning service. Stelios and Natasa are very friendly and helpful, their suggestions were precious and really helped us during our stay. There is a reserved free parking spot just in front of the apartment.
We truly recommend this place and we really enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I stayed at Stelio's place for a week in April and really enjoyed our time there. The apartment was comfortable and well equiped, the shower was excellent.
The outside space was great, with a nice sea view - we spent a fair bit of time there.
The beach and several shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
Stelios and Nastasa were always on hand and gave us some local recommendations.
Aside from the beach the countryside in the surrounding area is beautiful, ideal for walking with so many lovely views. We would happily stay here again when we are next back in Kalyves

Lovely place run by a really nice family We stayed in these apartments with my mum and aunt. We had the 2 bedroom (2 + 2 kids) plus the 2 studios.
We had a fantastic time and Stellios and Natasa and all the family made us feel very welcome. The apartments were spacious and well equipped and the view especially from the 2 bed was fab. Great place to have breakfast.
Stelios was very kind in lending us an extra buggy for the 15 min walk to the further beach! It's a nice place for families and couples.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 wonderful days. The owners were warm, welcoming and happy to help with reccomendations for restaurants, day trips etc. …

Stélios et Natasa sont très réactifs et répondent toujours très rapidement.Nous les remercions vivement pour les belles vacances que nous avons passés chez eux !

Very friendly hosts and spacious apartment. 😀 - Apartment was very spacious and comfortable with easy access to Kalyves. We stayed in December 2021 over Christmas and we cooked a Christmas dinner in the apartment. Natasa is a fantastic host and couldn’t have done anymore for us! Apartment was clean and modern and could sign into our Netflix and Prime account on the TV to watch our shows. Wi-Fi very good. 😞 - Nothing.
