Siamo stati ospiti 6 gg nell'appartamento maistros e per noi è stata una splendida esperienza. Appartamento curato, con tutte le dotazioni (anche asse da stiro e ferro) fresco, ottima posizione nella cittadina di Kalyves, in una via tranquilla ma a due passi dal paese (e a qlc km da Chania). Lo consigliamo vivamente perché siamo stati molto bene.|Per chi ama la tranquillità!!!

Such a beautiful place to stay! The town was within a few minutes walking distance. Having a spot to park your car was a bonus.
Stelios gave great suggestions for eating out. Great location if you’re wanting to see some things around the area with a car.

Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place run by a really nice family We stayed in these apartments with my mum and aunt. We had the 2 bedroom (2 + 2 kids) plus the 2 studios.
We had a fantastic time and Stellios and Natasa and all the family made us feel very welcome. The apartments were spacious and well equipped and the view especially from the 2 bed was fab. Great place to have breakfast.
Stelios was very kind in lending us an extra buggy for the 15 min walk to the further beach! It's a nice place for families and couples.

An absolutely amazing place! Location, coziness in the apartment, view from the terrace, which you can enjoy at breakfast! The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We felt at home. Special thanks to Natasa for the meeting and the opportunity to check in earlier, since in most cases check-in is from 15-16 hours. There was also the opportunity to use the grill, which made us very happy too! Also, the city was pleased with a well-equipped clean beach within walking distance. You do not need to pay separately for sun loungers and umbrellas if you order at least 6 € in the bar. The center of Chania is 25-30 minutes away by car. One hundred percent recommendation!

My husband and I stayed here for 10 wonderful days. The owners were warm, welcoming and happy to help with reccomendations for restaurants, day trips etc. …

Así como la terraza que la disfrutamos muchísimo tanto por la noche viendo las estrellas y la tranquilidad nocturna, como por la mañana con las vistas al mar y el desayuno. 😞 - Que no tuvimos más días para disfrutarlo más

It was a pleasure to stay at Stelios AirBnB. It was an amazing time and the small city Kalyves had its own amazing vibe in contrast to other cities around. The AirBnb had everything you need and stelios has been every day around so you could ask him if there is anything you need. I would recommend this place for everyone who want to have a nice time on crete with a special airbnb.

Stelios and Natassa are super hosts. Really.
Their generousity and good will were expressed from the very beginning when we contacted them through excelent responsiveness, answer to any question and cater to any need - be it related to the appartment, to Covid situation, to trip planning and what not.
We were greeted wonderfully and they spared no effort throughout our stay to make us feel comfortable, supported and homey.
This is exactly what we hope for when using the AirB&B platform, beyond all the physical parameters - having a friendly local host who is dedicated to help us make our visit a great success.

Η διαμονή μας στο Avra διαμερίσματα ήταν τέλεια! Η διαμονή μας στο Avra διαμερίσματα ήταν τέλεια! Ήταν η πρώτη μας φορά στην Κρήτη, σε πέντε χρόνια σχεδόν, αφού ζούσαν εκεί για τέσσερα χρόνια. Ως εκ τούτου, δεν ήταν κυρίως ενδιαφέρει επισκεπτόμενη φίλους στα Χανιά και αρχικά προγραμματίσει να μείνουμε κάπου στην πόλη. Μένοντας σε κοντινή απόσταση θα διευκολύνει επίσης θα παραλίες τριγύρω, π.χ., στον Άγιο Apostolis ή στο Ακρωτήρι, με τα παιδιά μας (1 και 4 ετών). Επειδή ήμασταν με τα παιδιά, μπορούμε επίσης να απαιτείται κάποια επιπλέον άνεση. Όταν είχαμε την πρόταση να μείνετε σε καλύβες στο Avra Apartments ήμασταν λίγο επιφυλακτικοί λόγω της μεγάλης απόστασης από το κέντρο της πόλης. Καλά, παρά το γεγονός αυτό, που διαμένουν στο Avra τελείωσε η καλύτερη απόφαση στο ταξίδι μας. Δεδομένου ότι επρόκειτο για να νοικιάσετε ένα αυτοκίνητο, ούτως ή άλλως, το 20-λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο μεταξύ καλύβες και τα Χανιά δεν ήταν καθόλου πρόβλημα και θα μπορούσαμε ακόμα και να επιστρέψετε το απόγευμα για το παιδικό nap και επιστρέψτε στην πόλη το βράδυ για να συναντήσετε τους φίλους σας. Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν το Οstria, το οποίο ήταν πολύ άνετο, ευρύχωρο και είχαμε όλες τις παροχές που δημοσιεύθηκε στην ιστοσελίδα. Πράγματι, έχουμε ό,τι χρειάζεται για μία εβδομάδα διαμονή. Τα διαμερίσματα βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο τοπικό σούπερ μάρκετ, σε ένα μίνι μάρκετ, ενοικίαση ποδηλάτων και ακόμα και σε κομμωτήριο. Στην παραλία μπορεί επίσης να είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια και διαρκεί μόνο λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια για να φτάσετε στην κεντρική περιοχή των Καλυβών, όπου μπορεί κανείς να βρει περισσότερες καταστήματα και εστιατόρια. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχο και φιλικό. Πήραμε και λίγο φρέσκο αγγούρια...ήταν, αυγά και τα λεμόνια, από ένα neighboor. Οι ιδιοκτήτες Νατάσα και Στέλιος (δεν έχουμε εκπληρώσει Ana) ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και ήταν ιδιαίτερα προσεκτικοί, διότι είχαμε τα παιδιά, φροντίζοντας να είχαμε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Εμείς συνιστούμε definetelly που έμεναν εκεί και ελπίζω να τους επισκέπτες τους ξανά σε λίγα χρόνια!

The apartments are in a very quiet position tucked into the natural hillside with great sea views. We loved the two terraces for our apartment, with sun in the afternoon (Levantes). The apartment had everything you could want. The access drive is quite narrow and steep but with level parking by the door. 10 min walk either way to 2 beaches and a range of great restaurants. Kalives is a great find! The book of local walks provided was excellent and we enjoyed exploring the local area. Stelios and Natasa were very friendly and helpful. We would go back.

We spent 2 weeks in this cosy apartment and enjoyed it a lot. Everything was there, even a washing machine - which we did not expect. Natasa was always very helpful und the cleaning service was very sufficient. 2 terraces to choose where to have breakfast or dinner to enjoy the view and sun or shadow. Due to the steep road up to the apartments the parking may not be too easy for beginners, but cars can always be parked at the main street. Overall a highly recommendable location, with everything needed for a relaxing stay and very good and friendly service!

Stelio’s and his family were extremely attentive during our stay. The apartment was in a fantastic location, with walking distance to a beach, numerous restaurants and the super market. The apartment was clean and felt extremely safe. We were kindly gifted with a bottle of wine, some local treats, and coffee and tea etc. towels were supplied for our stay, and beach towels generously made available on request. The property is located next door to a taxi company which was super useful for our stay and on our request Stelios arranged for them to collect us from the airport on our arrival! All in all a fantastic stay, with hosts that went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy during our stay.
