Exceptional 😀 - What an incredible apartment, with everything you need and a great location between 2 beautiful beaches. The host Stelios was extremely accommodating and was always on hand when we needed him. He really helped us to plan our next route through Greece. Thanks for a great stay- we definitely recommend staying here!!!!!

What a lovely apartment right up the road from the sea, up on a hill with a gorgeous view, surrounded by flowers and trees. It was an oasis and yet close to everything you may need in the area, with a bakery at the foot of the hill. Moreover, the hosts were so wonderfully attentive, made sure I had all I needed, with a familial warm. I hope to one day return and would recommend this place to anyone visiting the region and who wants to be close to Chania but also away from the crowds and traffic. Wonderful stay overall!

Ήδη ανυπομονούμε να κλείσουμε και πάλι στο μέλλον! Καταπληκτικά διαμερίσματα σε μια υπέροχη τοποθεσία. Μόλις επέστρεψα από το δεύτερο ταξίδι μας στο Καλύβες. Την πρώτη φορά που μείναμε στο Kalyves Beach Hotel, το οποίο ήταν πολύ ευχάριστο, αλλά αυτή τη φορά αποφασίσαμε να δοκιμάσουμε κάτι διαφορετικό. Η Νατάσα ήταν πολύ προσεγμένη κατά τη διαδικασία κράτησης, έκανε πολύ εύκολο και ήταν τόσο φιλικός στην απάντηση σε όλες μου τις πολλές ερωτήσεις πριν από την άφιξή μου. Διακανονίστηκε η μεταφορά μας από το αεροδρόμιο με τον Γιώργο Τερεζάκη, έναν γείτονα των διαμερισμάτων Avra, των οποίων η υπηρεσία ταξί θα ήθελα επίσης να συστήσω. Κατά την άφιξή μας συναντήσαμε μια όμορφη κυρία με την ονομασία Άννα που μας έδειξε το διαμέρισμά μας (Σίροκος). Αγαπούσαμε απολύτως τη διάταξη, τη διακόσμηση και τη θέση αυτού του διαμερίσματος και όλα τα περίεργα ελληνικά χαρακτηριστικά του. Αυτό το διαμέρισμα έχει φανταστική θέα στη θάλασσα που βλέπει από τρία μπαλκόνια. Είχε όλες τις ανέσεις που θα μπορούσαν να επιθυμούν και πολλές προσωπικές πινελιές που ένα ξενοδοχείο δεν θα μπορούσε ποτέ να προσφέρει. Οι πετσέτες και τα κλινοσκεπάσματα αλλάζονταν τακτικά και η ρόδα τουαλέτας ολοκληρώθηκε - φανταστική υπηρεσία. Ήταν θαυμάσιο να συναντάμε Natasa αυτοπροσώπως. ήταν τόσο φιλική στην πραγματική ζωή όσο στα μηνύματά της! Όλοι ελπίζουμε πολύ να επιστρέψουμε στο Avra ​​Apartments στο εγγύς μέλλον.

Nous recherchions un logement tranquille et comfortable pour un séjour de vélo et ce logement était parfait pour ça.
La communication avec Stelios était facile, le logement très bien équipé et fonctionnel.
A 20 minutes de route de Chania, plusieurs belles routes pour le vélo, près de la mer et des montagnes.

Το σπίτι είναι καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο, όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Η Νατάσα είναι πολύ φιλόξενη. Η περιοχή όπου βρίσκεται το σπίτι είναι ένα μικρό χωριό. Η αγορά κ.λπ. είναι κοντά. Κατά τη γνώμη μας, το μόνο που λείπει είναι ότι τα εστιατόρια και η παραλία σε κοντινή απόσταση δεν είναι αρκετά καλά. Φάγαμε στα Χανιά τις άλλες νύχτες εκτός από 2 βραδινά.

Lovely place run by a really nice family We stayed in these apartments with my mum and aunt. We had the 2 bedroom (2 + 2 kids) plus the 2 studios.
We had a fantastic time and Stellios and Natasa and all the family made us feel very welcome. The apartments were spacious and well equipped and the view especially from the 2 bed was fab. Great place to have breakfast.
Stelios was very kind in lending us an extra buggy for the 15 min walk to the further beach! It's a nice place for families and couples.

A lovely relaxing week in a great apartment. 😀 - The hosts Stelios and Natasa were very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. They booked taxis for us to and from the airport and recommended good places to eat. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable with very nice touches such as a coffee machine, fresh coffee, fruit and wine. The apartment was in a nice quiet location about 15 minutes walk to the main beach. There were less busy beaches also about 15 minutes away in the opposite direction. 😞 - Nothing

Highly recommend staying here! Our stay was incredibly lovely. The accommodation was impeccable and Natasa was the most attentive and helpful guide for the area, even looking up weather for us and suggesting itineraries. She sent us to one of our favorite restaurants of the whole trip and is just generally someone you’ll wish you had way more time just getting to know! Nice hot water and comfy bed. Many thoughtful touches like raki, fruit, tea, and coffee to welcome you ❤️

Le logement était conforme à la description, très propre et la literie confortable.
Terrasse géniale avec une superbe vue sur la mer !
Accueil irréprochable, flexible sur les horaires !
Stelios nous a bien conseillé sur les restaurants aux alentours
je recommande sans hésiter nous avons passé une superbe nuit !!

Wizyta sierpień 2021.Super czysto, co 4 dni było sprzątane, wymieniane prześcieradła i ręczniki. Właściciele przemili. Żadnych ukrytych opłat. Klimatyzacja w cenie. Dałbym 6 gwiazdek, ponieważ po raz pierwszy spotkaliśmy się z tak ciepłym przyjęciem i mega czystym apartamentem. Poza tym wszędzie blisko i cicho, tylko te cykady....Styczeń 2022Dostaliśmy kartkę świąteczną, jesteśmy w szoku. Tyle już podróżujemy i po raz pierwszy się z tym spotkaliśmy. Bardzo miły gest.

Immer wieder gerne 😀 - Vom Anfang bis zum Ende hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Die Ausstattung des Apartment enthält alles, was man braucht. Sogar Salz, Zucker und Kaffee stehen zur Verfügung. Das Einchecken verläuft absolut problemlos durch die sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Besonders angenehm war die leise Klimaanlage. Hinzu kommt die Aussicht von der Veranda. Da will man gar nicht auswärts essen gehen. Muss man auch nicht, da es in Kalives einige Lieferdienste gibt, bei denen man online bestellen oder das Essen selbst abholen kann, die wirklich gut sind (Simon's oder Souvlakeria z.B.) 😞 - Nichts negatives
