I would like to be a writer to find the right words to express how amazing our experience was.
Stylianos and Natasa are wonderful hosts and they have refurbished and furnished the apartments in a classy and functional way, providing customers with everything they need to enjoy their time.
The facilities are located perfectly, blessed with a wonderful view of the coast, and close to local restaurants and shops that allow customers to enjoy an authentic experience of Crete.
We can't wait to come back and spend more time here.

When we first stumbled upon this flat on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Natasa is the most thoughtful, gracious host.

She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs.

😀 - Good location, you can see the sea from the balcony, it's about 400m to the sandy beach. There are shops AMD restaurants in the neighbourhood. The apartament was comfy and incredibly clean! We got whole equipment for our child - high chair, cot, changing table, bathtube, even some toys. It's possible to park just next to the door. In the kitchen you'll find everything what you need. The host was super nice and helpful ❤️ 😞 - Everything was great.

Muchas gracias, Stelios y Natasa son muy atentos y amables. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Chania es maravillosa, un pueblo bien equipado, la gente es muy amable y las playas son tranquilas. Nos hemos ido con muchas ganas de volver!

Super miejsce z fajnym klimatem. Położony w wiosce z bardzo dobrym dostępem do głównej drogi. W pobliżu kilka tawern i restauracji oferujących bardzo dobre jedzenie. Bardzo mili właściciele oferujący pomoc i radę w każdej kwestii

Beautiful apartment well located and greatly furnished. Nice restaurant and groceries near by. Natasa was super welcoming and nice to us. Would comeback anytime

Logement agréable et bien agencé, la vue de la terrasse est superbe et il y a de bons restaurants à proximité.
Stelios et sa femme ont été très accueillants.

Die Unterkunft ist top. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und sehr sehr sauber. Das nette Vermieterehepaar ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und dann nur ein Avra Apartments.

Kalyves ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt um den Westen zu erkunden. Der Ort hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Supermarkt, gute Tavernen und einen tollen Strand.

Wir hatten hier unsere Flitterwochen verbracht, und es war wunderbar.

Überaus freundliche und großzügige Vermieterin! 2x in der Woche wurde unsere Ferienwohnung gereinigt, was ich nicht für selbstverständlich halte. Sie hatte sich nie aufgedrängt und unsere Privatsphäre überhaupt nicht gestört, war aber über WhatsApp immer ansprechbar, falls nötig.

Die Lage war ideal. Wenn man draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken wollte, hatte man einen direkten Blick aufs Meer.
Der Weg zum Supermarkt war mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten entfernt, und war auch sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotz Nähe zur Stadt war man durch einige Häuserreihen vor der Ferienwohnung gut genug abgeschottet vom Treiben und Lärm, wobei der schöne Blick aufs Meer durch die obere Hanglage des Hauses einem nicht versagt blieb!
Ideal gelegen für viele Ausflugsziele, von ganz im Westen der Insel (Elafonisi ca 1,5h mit dem Auto) bis Mitte ganz im Süden der Insel (Preveli ca 1h mit dem Auto) und sehr viele andere schöne Strände und Wandermöglichkeiten dazwischen ☺️

Die Ferienwohnung würden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!

Η Νατάσα και ο Στέλιος σ 'ευχαριστώ πολύ για το ΘΕΡΜΌ καλωσόρισμα ❤😊 Το τζάκι ήταν υπέροχο και χρήσιμο! Το διαμέρισμα είναι όμορφο και άνετο και μας άρεσε πολύ να επιστρέφουμε στο σπίτι μετά από μια κουραστική μέρα εργασίας. Συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το μέρος όλες τις εποχές!

We stayed for a week at Stelios and Natasa, and it was an amazing stay. The place is beyong clean and organized and they help us with everything we need it. It is 20 min away to Chania by car, but you can already spend a calm and relaxed day in Kalyves village. Much recommended :))

We (3) enjoyed our stay a lot, also because of the beautiful apartment, the interior is modern, cozy and very nice and well-divided for 3-4 persons.
the views are excellent, so is the service (cleaning, warm welcome etc.). the kitchen is also very well-euqipped so no problem to cook and have meals at home.
we stayed in early november and also enjoyed the chimney 😉
Tips for other travellers
it´s an excellent home base for all short & long trips to Crete, especially in the eastern part (eg. Chania, Elafonisi, etc.); many restaurants etc. around, also directly in Kalyves, a nice beach is in walking distance, plus there´s a Almyrida just around the corner.
