The apartment was really nice and cosy. with all the amenities you want, need and more. Stelios and Natasa have really made us feel very relaxed and welcomed when meeting up for the keys. The apartment was to a high level of cleanliness. lovely modern rooms . a very comfy living room. we was walked through how to use everything in the apartment which made us feel right at home. Natasa also helped me with some questions of the local area.

I hope to book again very soon.

Die moderne Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und modern. Es fehlt an nichts! Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut, der Strand war in der Nähe und man konnte alles gut per Fuss erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang!

The avra apartments are spotlessly clean and have all you need for a great stay in Kalyves. We were greeted to exchange the key and got some great local tips of restaurants in Kalyves and Chania. Friendly area and the beautiful beaches are about 10minute walk. We hope to return in the years to come to enjoy exploring more of Crete. We loved the little outdoor area also for home cooked dinners and relaxing in the evening.

Wir hatten hier unsere Flitterwochen verbracht, und es war wunderbar.

Überaus freundliche und großzügige Vermieterin! 2x in der Woche wurde unsere Ferienwohnung gereinigt, was ich nicht für selbstverständlich halte. Sie hatte sich nie aufgedrängt und unsere Privatsphäre überhaupt nicht gestört, war aber über WhatsApp immer ansprechbar, falls nötig.

Die Lage war ideal. Wenn man draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken wollte, hatte man einen direkten Blick aufs Meer.
Der Weg zum Supermarkt war mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten entfernt, und war auch sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotz Nähe zur Stadt war man durch einige Häuserreihen vor der Ferienwohnung gut genug abgeschottet vom Treiben und Lärm, wobei der schöne Blick aufs Meer durch die obere Hanglage des Hauses einem nicht versagt blieb!
Ideal gelegen für viele Ausflugsziele, von ganz im Westen der Insel (Elafonisi ca 1,5h mit dem Auto) bis Mitte ganz im Süden der Insel (Preveli ca 1h mit dem Auto) und sehr viele andere schöne Strände und Wandermöglichkeiten dazwischen ☺️

Die Ferienwohnung würden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!

Stelios was very kind and helpful host. He provided us information about good restaurants, beaches and other places we were interested in. Cleaning the apartment and changing the towels and bed linen during our stay was very nice service. All in all, the apartment was in a really good condition with beautiful interior design. Extended check-out due our late flight was extremely good service, which we appreciated a lot. We highly recommend Stelios´ apartments for those who appreciate good service, privacy and the atmosphere of a small village.

Already looking forward to booking again in the future! Amazing apartments in a wonderful location. We have just returned from our second trip to Kalyves. The first time we stayed in the Kalyves Beach Hotel, which was very pleasant, but this time we decided to try something different. Natasa was very attentive during the booking process, she made it a very easy pocess, and she was so friendly in answering all of my many questions before our arrival. She arranged our transfer from the airport with George Terezakis, a neighbour of the Avra Apartments whose taxi service I would also highly recommend. Upon arrival we were met by a lovely lady called Anna who showed us our apartment (Sirokos). We absolutely loved the layout, decor and position of this apartment and all of its quaint Greek traits. This apartment has a fantastic sea view which can be viewed from three balconies. It had every amenity which could be wished for and many personal touches a hotel just would never be able to offer. Our towels and bedding were changed regularly and the toilet roll topped up - fantastic service. It was wonderful to meet Natasa in person; she was as friendly in real life as in her emails! We all hope very much to return to Avra Apartments in the near future.

Appartement agréable avec vue mer. L'appartement se situe à 25 min de Chania, non loin de la nationale reliant La Canée à Heraklion.
L.appartement est en retrait de la route principale de Kalyves.
A pied il est possible d aller à la boulangerie comme à la.plage.
Les propriétaires très sympathiques font le maximum pour rendre le séjour agréable. De petites attentions lors de notre arrivée (corbeille de fruits et raki) ont été très appréciées.
L.appartement est conforme aux photos de l.annonce.
Il est très bien équipé et d une propreté irréprochable.
Ménage effectué 2 fois lors de notre séjour de 10 jours. Comprenant changement de draps et serviettes.
Nous avons passe un séjour agréable, nous recommandons cette location pour visiter le nord ouest de l'île.

We stayed 2 months from July 10th to September 7th. Excellent service. Great welcome from the owners Mrs. Natascia and Mr. Stelios, who always fulfilled our requests with extreme kindness.

Stelios e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto molto gentilmente in presenza dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie al soggiorno e alle visite da fare.
L'appartamento è nuovo come da foto. È completamente accessoriato, pulitissimo (anche con una pulizia intermedia durante il soggiorno!) e fornisce anche accessori da spiaggia e libri 😀
La posizione permette, per noi con auto, di girare tutta la parte ovest di Creta.
Grazie anche per la frutta, il vino e il raki che ci aspettavano all'arrivo.
PS la wifi funziona benissimo
La spiaggia con ombrelloni è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti.

Natasa est une hôtesse attentionnée et très à l'écoute.Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet appartement confortable . La literie était très bonne, la propreté irréprochable, les équipements très complets ( du grille pain à la machine à laver en passant par tous les ustensiles de cuisine utiles) et le logement à l'écart des bruits de la circulation.Ajouté à tout ça, la décoration faite maison avec goût et les petites attentions ( corbeille de fruits, raki) ont fait de notre séjour un moment très agréable pour débuter notre visite de la Crète.Je recommande vivement !
