La joie de poser ses valises en Crète pour la première fois et d'y être dans un si joli contexte. Très sympathiquement accueillis sur les lieux avec nos deux enfants, nous avons eu le bonheur de découvrir le vaste appartement avec grande terrasse (et vue merveilleuse sur la baie de Kalyves) qui allait devenir notre maison pour trois jours. ||Une bouteille de raki nous attendait, ainsi que du vin - la générosité crétoise ! ||Lieu parfait pour naviguer d'est en ouest aux alentours - ne surtout pas manquer la crique d'Ombrosgialos !||Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir et recommandons chaleureusement cet endroit en tous points superbe tenu par des gens adorables (un gros bisou à bébé Johanna en passant)

Warm welcome, super friendly owners! Everything you need is nearby, very well located to explore the most beautiful parts of Crete. Apparment was great, very cozy, clean, quiet, well equiped, even with sea view. We had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!

Tips for other travellers: Don't just go to the beach, also explore the mountains. It is totally worth it 🙂

Our experience with Stelios accommodation was very good. The apartment is very pleasant, it was clean, with the main essentials, especially for cooking (utensils, salt and pepper, olive oil, very practical little things to help out). We really appreciated the little touches on our arrival (fruit, bottle of water). We appreciated the meeting with Stelios, he gave us good advice and in particular concerning the restaurant, which we enjoyed. We recommend this Airbnb experience. Thanks again!

Le logement de Stelios et sa famille est propre et conforme à la description. Bien situé dans un petit village calme à 25 minutes de la Canee.

We stayed for a week at Stelios and Natasa, and it was an amazing stay. The place is beyong clean and organized and they help us with everything we need it. It is 20 min away to Chania by car, but you can already spend a calm and relaxed day in Kalyves village. Much recommended :))

Wir waren Mitte Januar für eine Nacht dort und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehelen. 😀 - Natasa ist eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin, der das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich ein Anliegen zu sein scheint. Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. 😞 - None

When we first stumbled upon this flat on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Natasa is the most thoughtful, gracious host.

She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs.

The appartement is beautiful. Perfect for a Pair. And also the host was so friendly and gave us tips what we can do in the surrounding area.

Tip: In the west of Kalyves there is the Café Delight, which very idyllic and romantic for pairs. It‘s directly at the sea and there are small tables at the beach wall

Exceptional 😀 - Lovely apartment with nice outdoor area in a beautiful setting. The hosts were lovely and very helpful / accommodating. Good proximity to Chania airport.

Merveilleux ! Accueil chaleureux à une heure tardive. Disponibilité des hôtes. Décoration faite avec goût dans les moindres détails. Diverses attentions qui montrent l'implication et le plaisir de recevoir de Natasha et son compagnon. Excellent séjour ! A 5/10 minutes à pied, de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Tout ceci a largement contribué à notre merveilleux séjour à kalyves !

Stelios and Natasa were very nice hosts-friendly, welcoming, helpful.

Apartment had 2 lovely balconies, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and good bathroom, and was super-clean.

Well-sited for beaches, restaurants, supermarket etc;

We had a very nice time there, and would recommend.
Tips for other travellers
Both beaches are good for swimming. Plenty of local circular walks. The walks to Armeni, and to the Koiliairis river and old Venetian windmill were particularly good.

Plenty of good tavernas to choose from.
