The AVRA apartment is one of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. Great ocean view from the kitchen and balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to beaches, supermarket and restaurant. We wish we could stay longer.

Stelios and Natassa are super hosts. Really.
Their generousity and good will were expressed from the very beginning when we contacted them through excelent responsiveness, answer to any question and cater to any need - be it related to the appartment, to Covid situation, to trip planning and what not.
We were greeted wonderfully and they spared no effort throughout our stay to make us feel comfortable, supported and homey.
This is exactly what we hope for when using the AirB&B platform, beyond all the physical parameters - having a friendly local host who is dedicated to help us make our visit a great success.

The apartment was very cozy, stylish and very clean. I loved the shower,kitchen and the balcony of the bedroom was very cozy home. The host is very friendly and helpful. They respond very fast. Loved the apartment.

Εξαιρετικό Το Avra apartments ανήκουν και διοικούνται από την Νατάσα και Στέλιος και ο ξάδελφός Anna, οι οποίοι είναι απολύτως υπέροχο και που να νιώσουμε τόσο ευπρόσδεκτοι και από τη στιγμή που ήμασταν έτοιμοι να φύγουμε νιώσαμε ότι είχαμε γνωστή τους για πολλά χρόνια και ήταν σαν οικογένεια. Τη φιλοξενία και την καλοσύνη να βοήθησε να κάνουμε την εβδομάδα τόσο ιδιαίτερο. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι πραγματικά το καλύτερο που έχουμε είναι γνωστό για τα 28 χρόνια του επισκέπτεται την Ελλάδα και τα ελληνικά νησιά. Είναι ευρύχωρα και όμορφα επιπλωμένα με πολλές επιπλέον παροχές που κανονικά δεν θα παρέχονται σε ελληνική καταλύματα αυτόνομης σίτισης. Το μπάνιο μας ήταν όμορφη έχοντας ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα και υπέροχο λευκές απαλές πετσέτες, παρασχέθηκαν και αλλάζονται συχνά. Το κλιματιστικό ήταν δωρεάν, είχαμε sky television και καταπληκτικό wifi. Μας πρόσφεραν το δάνειο πετσέτες παραλίας και, κατά την άφιξη, ένα μπουκάλι κρασί, του ψυγείου λαδιού και rakki μπολ με φρούτα ήταν που μας περιμένει στο τραπέζι κουζίνας. Μια μηχανή καφέ ήταν επίσης παρέχονται μαζί με καφέ και τα φίλτρα και υγρό απορρυπαντικό πιάτων, dishcloth, σίτες πώλησης νέο ρολό χαρτί και σκόνη πλυσίματος. Είχαμε ένα άνετο king size κρεβάτι με πάπλωμα. Είχαμε μία μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα στον κόλπο της Σούδας με τραπέζι, καρέκλες, πάγκο και μεγάλη ομπρέλα. Το Avra διαμερίσματα βρίσκονται στην κορυφή του μια απότομη αλλά μικρή ανηφόρα και παραλίες, ταβέρνες και το κέντρο του χωριού απέχουν μόνο λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια. Ένα μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια προς μία κατεύθυνση και καταστήματα και μίνι μάρκετ απέχει λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια προς την αντίθετη κατεύθυνση. Η στάση του λεωφορείου για λεωφορεία προς τα Χανιά και το Ρέθυμνο είναι κάτω από το λόφο και πάνω από το δρόμο. Ελπίζουμε να επιστρέψουμε στο Avra διαμερίσματα και δεν διστάζω να το συστήσω ιδιαίτερα τους. Νιώθαμε ότι αξίζει τα χρήματα ήταν εξαιρετική.

Μείναμε στον Στέλιο και τη Νατάσα για λίγες μέρες τον Ιούνιο. Εξαιρετικά φιλόξενοι και καμία από τις επιθυμίες μας δεν παρέμεινε ανεκπλήρωτη. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και επιπλωμένο με πολλή αγάπη. Παρείχαν ακόμη και παιχνίδια για την άμμο για τον μικρό μας γιο. Συνολικά, μια πολύ ωραία διαμονή με τους δύο. Συνεχίστε έτσι. This was a great stay in close proximity to Chania! The host Natasa took incredibly good care of us. The apartment is large, cozy, very clean and beautifully furnished with attention to detail. You can see the sea from the balcony. There were more than enough kitchen utensils and even tea and coffee in the apartment. The apartment is in a wonderfully quiet location, but you can be in town and on the beach very quickly. There is plenty of free parking along the street. WiFi worked well everywhere.
Thank you for everything, we would definitely come back!

Είχαμε μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή με το 4 μηνών μωρό μας. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και συνολικά το διαμέρισμα είναι καλά εξοπλισμένο. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ κοντά σε ωραίες παραλίες και στα υπέροχα χωριά γύρω από τον Βάμο. Επίσης, τα Χανιά είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμα με το αυτοκίνητο. Συνολικά, συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα ήταν τα σεντόνια, αλλά είναι τυπικό για την Ελλάδα. Υποθέτω ότι είμαστε κακομαθημένοι με τα βαμβακερά/σατέν σεντόνια μας🤣

Stayed at Avra Apartments during Christmas 2021 whilst house searching in the local area. We wasn't originally supposed to be staying here but we had a bad experience at an another Air B&B so abandoned that one and found Avra Apartments last minute, a couple of days before Christmas. Natasa and the hosts were absolutely fantastic, we informed them of our poor experience at the other apartment, and they had the heating ready for us to arrive. We spent up to New years Eve there, and Natasa was great asking how we were getting on and recommending her favourite restaurants open out of season as well as the gifts of wine, fruit and treats. There is a fantastic cake bakery at the bottom of the drive that we use all the time when in Kalyves.
Apartments are great size and modern.
The location is great and easy to walk into town. Some parking spaces are available, but if not, parking is available nearby. The TV had Netflix installed so we could plug into our account during the evenings. We're very grateful to Avra for their hospitality.
