A lovely apartment and location. Newly remodeled, the apartment was very nicely furnished and appointed. We began each morning with coffee and a great view of the sea. Our hosts were attentive and very friendly. Restaurants, butchers and grocers all an easy walk away. Receives my highest recommendation!

Appartement agréable avec vue mer. L'appartement se situe à 25 min de Chania, non loin de la nationale reliant La Canée à Heraklion.
L.appartement est en retrait de la route principale de Kalyves.
A pied il est possible d aller à la boulangerie comme à la.plage.
Les propriétaires très sympathiques font le maximum pour rendre le séjour agréable. De petites attentions lors de notre arrivée (corbeille de fruits et raki) ont été très appréciées.
L.appartement est conforme aux photos de l.annonce.
Il est très bien équipé et d une propreté irréprochable.
Ménage effectué 2 fois lors de notre séjour de 10 jours. Comprenant changement de draps et serviettes.
Nous avons passe un séjour agréable, nous recommandons cette location pour visiter le nord ouest de l'île.

Saubere Wohnung mit Meerblick 😀 - Die Wohnung selbst, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Terrasse vor der Wohnung mit seitlichem Meerblick. 😞 - Beengte Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Wohnung, Beengte Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Küche. Parkplatz auf dem Nachbargrundstück direkt unterhalb unserer Terrasse, auf dem täglich die Fahrzeuge einer Mietwagenfirma abgestellt und abgeholt wurden und mit entsprechendem Lärm verbunden war.

Juste parfait Tout ! L'hôtesse est super gentille. L'appartement est parfaitement bien arrangé. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin (frigo et congélateur neuf, cuisine fonctionnelle et grande, la meilleure douche et salle de bain de tout notre séjour (pas d'éclaboussures partout et très récente, voire neuve), séchoir machine a laver et j'en passe!)
Le lit est grand et très confortable. Il y a 2 petites terrasses super sympas avec vue sur la mer. Le quartier est calme.
C'est notre coup de coeur du séjour.
Nous n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit mais si nous devions rester une semaine ce serait dans ce logement.

Perfect for a small family 😀 - The place was well equipped and we even had a crib, baby chair and baby bathtub at our disposal which was very helpful with a 6 month old baby. The apartment had two terraces, one from where we had a view to the sea. There are good restaurants in the neighborhood and the beach is also quite close. Natasia and her husband were very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Avra Apartments and recommend it!

Εξαιρετικό Το Avra apartments ανήκουν και διοικούνται από την Νατάσα και Στέλιος και ο ξάδελφός Anna, οι οποίοι είναι απολύτως υπέροχο και που να νιώσουμε τόσο ευπρόσδεκτοι και από τη στιγμή που ήμασταν έτοιμοι να φύγουμε νιώσαμε ότι είχαμε γνωστή τους για πολλά χρόνια και ήταν σαν οικογένεια. Τη φιλοξενία και την καλοσύνη να βοήθησε να κάνουμε την εβδομάδα τόσο ιδιαίτερο. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι πραγματικά το καλύτερο που έχουμε είναι γνωστό για τα 28 χρόνια του επισκέπτεται την Ελλάδα και τα ελληνικά νησιά. Είναι ευρύχωρα και όμορφα επιπλωμένα με πολλές επιπλέον παροχές που κανονικά δεν θα παρέχονται σε ελληνική καταλύματα αυτόνομης σίτισης. Το μπάνιο μας ήταν όμορφη έχοντας ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα και υπέροχο λευκές απαλές πετσέτες, παρασχέθηκαν και αλλάζονται συχνά. Το κλιματιστικό ήταν δωρεάν, είχαμε sky television και καταπληκτικό wifi. Μας πρόσφεραν το δάνειο πετσέτες παραλίας και, κατά την άφιξη, ένα μπουκάλι κρασί, του ψυγείου λαδιού και rakki μπολ με φρούτα ήταν που μας περιμένει στο τραπέζι κουζίνας. Μια μηχανή καφέ ήταν επίσης παρέχονται μαζί με καφέ και τα φίλτρα και υγρό απορρυπαντικό πιάτων, dishcloth, σίτες πώλησης νέο ρολό χαρτί και σκόνη πλυσίματος. Είχαμε ένα άνετο king size κρεβάτι με πάπλωμα. Είχαμε μία μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα στον κόλπο της Σούδας με τραπέζι, καρέκλες, πάγκο και μεγάλη ομπρέλα. Το Avra διαμερίσματα βρίσκονται στην κορυφή του μια απότομη αλλά μικρή ανηφόρα και παραλίες, ταβέρνες και το κέντρο του χωριού απέχουν μόνο λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια. Ένα μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια προς μία κατεύθυνση και καταστήματα και μίνι μάρκετ απέχει λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια προς την αντίθετη κατεύθυνση. Η στάση του λεωφορείου για λεωφορεία προς τα Χανιά και το Ρέθυμνο είναι κάτω από το λόφο και πάνω από το δρόμο. Ελπίζουμε να επιστρέψουμε στο Avra διαμερίσματα και δεν διστάζω να το συστήσω ιδιαίτερα τους. Νιώθαμε ότι αξίζει τα χρήματα ήταν εξαιρετική.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert.

Lovely place run by a really nice family We stayed in these apartments with my mum and aunt. We had the 2 bedroom (2 + 2 kids) plus the 2 studios.
We had a fantastic time and Stellios and Natasa and all the family made us feel very welcome. The apartments were spacious and well equipped and the view especially from the 2 bed was fab. Great place to have breakfast.
Stelios was very kind in lending us an extra buggy for the 15 min walk to the further beach! It's a nice place for families and couples.

Süße kleine Wohnung. Perfekte Ausstattung. Natasa war eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier, vielen Dank!

First about the apartment, it is cozy has a beautiful view for sunset and sunrise, breakfast early in the morning felt like paradise. Everything needed for the stay is there. Beaches are accessible by foot within 5 to 10min. Lots of mini markets and restaurants to visit.

Our hosts were amazing from their warm welcome to the apartment, friendliness and their quick response times if we ever needed anything was something I have never seen before.

Hope to stay in such amazing places with amazing hosts like here in the future but they surely set the bar high.

Απολαύσαμε πραγματικά τη διαμονή μας στο διαμέρισμα του Στέλιου! Είναι όμορφα επιπλωμένο, η κουζίνα είναι καλά εξοπλισμένη με όλα όσα χρειάζεστε για το μαγείρεμα και η θέα από τη βεράντα είναι υπέροχη. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη, αλλά μπορείτε να βρείτε παντοπωλείο, εστιατόρια και φούρνο σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Ο Στέλιος έχει εξοπλίσει το διαμέρισμα με τρόπο που βρήκαμε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε!
