Exceptional 😀 - Apartment had everything we needed and was super clean 😞 - There was nothing to dislike

Such a beautiful place could not reccomend it more. Had a lovely stay, stelios was very easy and we got our apartment cleaned half ways through our stay which was lovely. Perfect location in Kalyves, such a beautiful town and I’ve stayed in crete a lot. This place might be my favourite.

This was by far my best airbnb experience!

The house is beautiful, spacious, sparkling clean and had all the equipment you can imagine. Every little detail is well thought out to make you feel at home.

Stalios and his wife helped us with everything we needed and were very nice and communicative.

The house is conveniently located in Kalyves, a small village close to Chania and surrounded by many other beautiful locations to visit.

Stelios und Natasa sind hervorragende Gastgeber! Sehr herzlich und warm (mit Begrüßungspräsent). Das Apartment entspricht genau den Bildern, es war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man so gebrauchen könnte. Wir waren super zufrieden, absolute Empfehlung!

Είχαμε μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή με το 4 μηνών μωρό μας. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και συνολικά το διαμέρισμα είναι καλά εξοπλισμένο. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ κοντά σε ωραίες παραλίες και στα υπέροχα χωριά γύρω από τον Βάμο. Επίσης, τα Χανιά είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμα με το αυτοκίνητο. Συνολικά, συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα ήταν τα σεντόνια, αλλά είναι τυπικό για την Ελλάδα. Υποθέτω ότι είμαστε κακομαθημένοι με τα βαμβακερά/σατέν σεντόνια μας🤣

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft und nicht zu sehr im Touristen-Trubel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Vermieter jederzeit für Fragen oder Empfehlungen erreichen. Sowohl der Check-In als auch das Auschecken waren persönlich und sehr herzlich!
Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall erneut buchen. Gerade die Lage ist perfekt um Tagesausflüge in alle Richtungen Kretas zu unternehmen.

Fantastic apartment, I could live there 😀 - Such a nice apartment. Recently renovated but with a very nice blend of old (windows, doors and stairs) and new (floor, painted, USB-C sockets in the walls etc.) and super well equipped. The vibe in the apartment was sort of "Mediterranean" New Yorker apartment. We stayed in the two-bedroom "Sirakosa" apartment with sea view. We came here after a 2-week stay in Platanias, coming to Kalyves was a much more relaxed feeling and less touristy. Natasa was a great host as well. 😞 - Nothing to complain about but I do recommend having a rental car if you stay here and want to go anywhere else than Kalyves.

Awesome place, exactly what we needed for our vacation. My wife and my little daughter absolutely loved it. Spacy rooms, super clean, the beach a few steps away, very quiet but, most importantly, the hosts are amazing. The lovely couple that runs the place, answered all our questions, suggested the greatest highlights and little tours, and took care of us always with a smile. Best value for money. We will visit them again next summer. Highly recommended!

You haven't met Crete like this If you truly want to experience a wonderful part of Crete in a true wonderful style, then you have to visit Avra apartments, located in a place near the main town of Chania, but away from the loud music, high pricing (of the town center) and embraced by the best owners you can't go wrong! Stelios and Natassa are there to help you with everything (hint, they know every single inch of Crete) as true adventurers and full of Greek hospitality they will happily guide you in some of the most lovely yet unknown places in Crete. If you truly want to experience Crete and discover it's heritage and it's beauty then this is the place to be! Hint, ask for a Cretan breakfast....and then for directions to how you should spend the rest of your day, you won't regret it!
